Conveniently located, close to the trains and freeways, but also quiet. Rooms are definitely on the smaller side, but have everything you need. Beds are wide, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping is friendly. Front desk staff is hospitable and kind. Could use an on-site guest laundry. Views are great.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and felt compelled to share my experience. On a positive note, the view from my room was exceptional, providing a delightful visual experience. However, my overall stay was marred by several significant issues. The incessant noise caused by trains passing through North Sydney Station (4:30am-1:30am) directly beneath the hotel was not only disruptive but also resulted in the entire building shaking, making it challenging to rest peacefully. Furthermore, the renovation works at 8:30am were an unwelcome wake-up call, and the continuous barking of a neighbor's pet dog added to the disturbances. The thin walls and the regular slamming of doors by neighboring rooms only exacerbated the lack of tranquility. Regrettably, these factors overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay, and I must express my dissatisfaction. It is my hope that you take these concerns seriously and consider implementing measures to enhance the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend your hotel to others. Sincerely, Guest of Room 511

Stayed here a couple of nights while visiting friends in Sydney and have to say, it lived up to the name with a stunning view of Sydney Harbour & Bridge. Bed was really comfy along with the pillows, found the bathroom a little awkward size wise and even on the top floor you can hear the trains pulling into the station. But loved the location, friendly staff and enjoyed the stay.

This is our 4th visit and we will always come back. Restaurant, bar and rooms are amazing, service is second to none and the views, especially of the harbour are incredible. Best option if you are getting a cruise because harbour view rooms overlook the quay where the ships depart so if you are up early enough you can watch them arrive.

It was the best view of Sydney harbour from my room and i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Was so impressed that i extended my stay by 3 nights.Best decision ever.Another highlight of my stay was Ben the fantastic bar manager who vowed everyone with his original cocktails which are unique and out of this world. He is a superb entertainer lighting drinks on fire or making smoky flavoured bubbles burst over your drink. Ask him next time you meet him at the View bar.Thanks to all the staff for making my stay truly memorable and will definitely be back very soon 🥳🍹❤️
