We booked this place as it was in our price range. It has absolutely exceeded our expectations and can’t believe we actually only paid what we did. The staff (Daniel in particular) has been super friendly and helpful. The buffet brekkie was delicious. We will definitely come back here again. Rooms are lovely, beds surprisingly comfy. Close to the quay. Highly recommended :-)

Great hotel in exceptional location, with fantastic views and close proximity to everything (train, ferry, boardwalk, etc). Friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, all very clean and convenient. Very fair prices too, even with extra $ for parking, considering all the benefits, great value for money. Notes: there was no microwave in the room; and there were trains passing right below, but with the windows closed, there's not too much noise really, just some vibration and distant rumble. Can still sleep well.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We chose the View due to location and access to public transport. In return we got breathtaking harbour views, friendly and helpful staff and the most amazing comfortable bed to sleep in. We stayed in two separate rooms due to a break in our booking and both were clean and comfortable. Will definitely return here again.

This is a great location with easy access to buses and trains to visit Sydney's museums, ferries and attractions. Get set up with the Opal pass and transportation to all the attractions is easy and fast. The hotel room views are simply spectacular!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. However, we did encounter a minor issue: the receptionist had informed us that we could check out at 12 AM, which we accepted. The following day, around 10 AM, room service entered our room to clean while we were still asleep. Aside from this inconvenience, our experience was comfortable and enjoyable.
