From the time we booked, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Special mention to Robin who upgraded our room and made sure we had spectacular views not only for Vivid but just in general, The meals both dinner and breakfast) were lovely and again, made so much better by the staff. Loved staying here couple nights! Service from Kaisa was amazing as well as other staff made us feel very welcomed. Stunning views from the 14th floor, room was very comfortable, lovely breakfast and bar had a nice drink selection as well. Location was great with easy access to all the main attractions. Would highly recommend The View Hotel Sydney!

Good location and cool lobby and bar. However, rooms are a bit musty and VERY loud. The trains from station underneath shake the whole building. If you opt for a higher level many rooms have adjoining doors resulting in neighbour noise. Not all have deadlocks on them either which is freaky. Staff vary from helpful to outright rude. Used to stay here a bit but no longer worth it noting above and increasing prices

Simply amazing view of the Harbour Bridge (not the opera house), friendly staff, good breakfast, an elegant atmosphere and comfortable beds. Very close to North Sydney metro station. You can even walk to the Opera House in about 30 minutes. Close to a grocery store and 24h small convenience store. There are train tracks close to the hotel and yes you can hear the trains going by if you focus but no big deal. Definitely a great value. I would definitely stay here again.
