Great hotel in exceptional location, with fantastic views and close proximity to everything (train, ferry, boardwalk, etc). Friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, all very clean and convenient. Very fair prices too, even with extra $ for parking, considering all the benefits, great value for money. Notes: there was no microwave in the room; and there were trains passing right below, but with the windows closed, there's not too much noise really, just some vibration and distant rumble. Can still sleep well.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We chose the View due to location and access to public transport. In return we got breathtaking harbour views, friendly and helpful staff and the most amazing comfortable bed to sleep in. We stayed in two separate rooms due to a break in our booking and both were clean and comfortable. Will definitely return here again.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. However, we did encounter a minor issue: the receptionist had informed us that we could check out at 12 AM, which we accepted. The following day, around 10 AM, room service entered our room to clean while we were still asleep. Aside from this inconvenience, our experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

Stayed here a few times both family and solo for vacation and business, generally a good experience. Location is fantastic as are the views of the harbour. Dinner is expensive and not great but there are plenty of options nearby or in the city as the train station is next door or a $12 uber to Darling Harbour. Lifts can be painful when groups check in and be quite a wait so if you need to be somewhere on time leave early. All in all an affordable and convenient location.

Excellent location: right next to train station, buses nearby, just a few minutes from CBD & fantastic view. The staff was friendly, we were given complimentary chocolates, buffet breakfast was not included, but affordable $26 per adult & $12 per child. Breakfast was amazing (almond croissants were delicious).
