Really enjoyable stay with super friendly staff. We were family of 5 in adjoining rooms. As other posters have said, the pillows are too big and uncomfortable and you do get a rumbling of trains but nothing some earplugs can’t sort. Great view of the harbour and bridge. Wander up to Blues Point Road for lots of nice cafés and brunch places.

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary and had an amazing experience. We were welcomed to the room with sparkling wine and a beautiful personal note. The room itself was small, however had unobstructed views of the harbour bridge (as promised). The breakfast service was good too, with different continental options (eggs (poached / scrambled), bacon, sausages, baked beans, toast, cereals', fruit etc.) The only downside being the constant vibrations every 10 mins or so, with the trains below us (I'm assuming you would feel this more if you stayed on the lower levels), however nothing the property can do about this. Overall a memorable experience!

I would have given this hotel 5 stars if it weren't for a very simple problem. The pillows are absolutely awful. They're humongous and extremely uncomfortable. I could not sleep even after I only had 3 hours of sleep the night before. It got so bad, I had to call hotel staff for help and they were all extremely kind and helpful and agreed the pillows are ridiculous. So for anyone staying at the view, please remember there are spare pillows in the cupboards because the one on the beds are made to potentially injure you. Staff are extremely kind and helpful which is lovely. Breakfast is 100% worth it and amongst the best I've had, so if you're thinking about it I would recommend booking it through the website. Location is good, but not a fan of how you have to walk up a ramp to get to the entrance where you could be on a cars blind spot. Unfortunately the trains do make a lot of noise

What a great little hotel with an astounding view of there Sydney Harbour bridge. We fell in love with it from when we arrived at the accommodation. Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet were plenty to choose from. Would recommend

Great hotel in exceptional location, with fantastic views and close proximity to everything (train, ferry, boardwalk, etc). Friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, all very clean and convenient. Very fair prices too, even with extra $ for parking, considering all the benefits, great value for money. Notes: there was no microwave in the room; and there were trains passing right below, but with the windows closed, there's not too much noise really, just some vibration and distant rumble. Can still sleep well.
