I thoroughly enjoyed my stay this week. Special mentions to Karen who took my initial booking on Wednesday & helped me out with a minor housekeeping issue yesterday. Tyler on the room service shift on Wednesday night deserves special mention for his excellent service also. Spacious room, comfortable bed, great meals and fantastic staff.

Amazing grand entry with very nice decor. We had some issues with the booking via Priority which recently changed to ETV but staff quickly rectified it. The carpets along the corridor let the place down, otherwise, the room cleanliness and amenities are good. We enjoyed the pool, spa, gym. I like the new towels at the pool, that are neatly stacked up. Sauna looks nice and clean, quiet and peaceful. No crowd so it’s great! Only thing is the bathroom at the pool doesn’t have shampoo/shower gel and looks a bit old. Our room was neat and tidy, with fluffy clean pillow that doesn’t gives me the itch. One of the sink was blocked but didn’t bother me that much. I feel quite comfortable in the room, other than I can hear next door’s conversation via the connecting door. 😀

My daughter & I stayed for 3 nights over the weekend to attend Oz Comic Con. The entry/lobby is lovely, bright & classy. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. The superior king room was clean & comfortable. The bathroom was clean & shower had good pressure & adequate amenities. Air conditioning was comfortable. Would recommend to stay here! We would certainly stay again in the future.

We recently joined at Rydges Parramatta. There was a slight hiccup with our booking..the staff went above and beyond to sort the issue quickly and efficiently. We received complimentary drinks voucher which was not necessary but welcomed. Highly recommend for customer service, friendliness and location. Thank you Rydges we will come again. 💖

Great hotel with awesome self serve check in and check out. The pool and spa are great. We didn’t get to try the restaurants although coffee from the cafe was good. Only issue was the location which was a reasonable walk to the shops and station.
