5 star price for 4 star experience.... very disappointed Chose the Pullman as it is claimed to be a 5 star hotel (most definitely didn't meet that standard). 1. Bed was average. Old lumpy mattress. Ill-fitting mattress pillow-topper. 2. Lumpy pillows. When phoned room services to order a pillow off your pillow menu, told there was not available pillows. (Your assistant manager did manage to get us one the following day, but not really good enough, especially having a pillow menu option) 3. Shower made a horrible noise as the water ran. 4. Buffett breakfast was of mediocre quality at best. (The ability to order eggs was the only positive) 5. Dinner at your restaurant had poor service. Had prolonged waits at every stage. Too long to take an order. Too long for food to arrive. Never filled the water glasses. Didn't offer to take further drink orders. (The steak I had was quite nice, the only positive of the evening) 6. Room service took over an hour to deliver a cheese platter. Cheese platter was poor. Overall, very dissatisfied with my experience at the Pullman. Would certainly not recommend.

Great service from all staff. Great meal at the Bacar restaurant, room was spacious and very comfy bed. Good coffee and great location and close to our work function. A lot of choice for dining options close to hotel.

We cannot thank all the staff at the Pullman Sydney Olympic Park for making our stay so memorable. Firstly they surprised our son with balloons, brownies and a small gift to celebrate his birthday then after check out our daughter left her very expensive mouth piece in the room. The staff went above and beyond to find it for us. We are beyond grateful. Check in and out was easy and the room service staff and restaurant staff we very accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had a fantastic meal at Bacar Restaurant in the Pullman! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with some great options to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxed yet classy, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being over the top. Perfect spot for a special night out or a nice dinner with friends. Would definitely come back!

The Pullman was fully booked due to a concert in the vicinity but everything remained seamless - staff ready to park your car, friendly service through, quick check in, attentive executive lounge team members and easy check out. Water in our cars when the valet collected our car for us was a super thoughtful touch I have never experienced before. Pullman at Olympic Park was faultless. Thank You!
