Booking was corporate via Egencia app. The credit card provided was not mine and the person on book in insisted I pay for the 4 nights stay up front rather than allow me to obtain the credit card it was booked on and pay on check out which is the normal process. I was happy to have my credit card on the system for any additional charges but as I was staying due to work commitments did not want to pay personally. The Concierge was totally unhelpful and determined to get payment in advance. He was very pleasant to the point of being passive aggressive although his offsider was lovely and did see my point of view. The room smelt like someone had recently used the toilet when I entered. The carpet is worn - the bed hard - and the room service meals very limited and expensive. The bathroom toiletries were not checked and replaced with the body lotion empty from the second day. The body wash in the shower was new and still had the keeper on it. I cannot see properly without my glasses and had to get out of the shower and enter again with my glasses to see why it wouldn't pump. The restaurant has lovely ambience but again overpriced for what you get. I had a meal with a work colleague who paid $65 for a piece of steak that he could not eat for the gristle. I will be recommending our company not use this hotel again for any stays for out of state employees.

I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights for the Taylor Swift concert at Accor. It’s the first time we as a family had stayed at a hotel. The two young girls (one of them with ginger hair, the other named Gabriel) working on the front desk were super helpful and friendly. They gave us a complimentary gift bag for the stay. I was blown away. The cleaners I walked past and said hello to were also nice, and just like The big Tongan fulla that works there. He showed me where the gym was and hoped I enjoyed my stay. The people/ staff that work there truly are wonderful. The room was tidy on arrival, and walking into air con was such a blessing. Especially after coming out of 36 degree temperatures outside. The beds were super comfortable to sleep in, and free wifi plus Foxtel. I loved it. My only fault would be the shower. There was mould build up in the shower on the wall. Not a complaint. Just an observation. I know the staff are on time schedules with 16 floors each with lots of rooms to clean. So I looked past it while staying there. That, and I believe the shower drain needs unblocking so the shower floor doesn’t flood. Because there was a build up of water ever time we showered. Apart from that though. I still rate it 4stars.

I cannot fault this place in any way. Great service friendly staff. With a full hotel and me having to get my own ice for the room at the bar is not bad at all. Cannot wait to go back.

Everything was exceptional about my stay, from the greeting at the door to a minor issue with the bill upon checking out. The staff took care of my every need and question which was helpful as I was an international guest. The room was clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. It was great having turndown service everyday. The shower was awesome, especially after 28 hours of travel and work. The curtains overlapped and provided a blackout sleeping environment which was crucial for my body to help ease the 18 hour time difference. Breakfast was awesome every day and the barista needs a raise, she was phenomenal. The 24 hour fitness center was also great to have so I could work out and have activity on my home time zone. I will definitely stay again when my travels bring me back to Australia!

Fabulous experience. Had Christmas buffet lunch at the Bacar restaurant. Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful food and outstanding service. A vegan menu was even provided for me which I very much appreciated. Was not made to feel like my needs were a problem or a nuisance. My family had a great time and we will be back next Christmas.
