The hotel is in a desperate need for an upgrade especially the furnitures. 1. The sofa in the executive suite was terrible, old, dirty, worn out 2 The TV stand is old with lots of bad scratches 3. The work table, center table, chair are all very worn, with scratches all over. 4. The TV is a joke for an executive suite, very tiny. 5. The dust bin has no cover. 5. The breakfast was just basic, nothing to remember. Overall very poorly run hotel, dilapidated, terrible furnishing in the executive suite. Would I stay there again, not likely. Would I recommend, not likely. But a big shout out to the staff at the hotel, they were all courteous, keep it up. I was just reminded about the smell in the bedroom, the weak vents in the toilet, the very poor pillows etc
Came to olympic park for the Good Friday clash between the Bulldogs and Bunnies. I had booked into the Novotel for the night but received a surprise upgrade to the Pullman. We arrived early where a young man named Chris greeted us and went well above looking after us. His service was exceptional . Being a mad supporter of the Bulldogs we were surprised that the team done a walk down to the stadium with the supporters from the hotel. Wow, ive never experienced something like this. Thankyou for making this a memorable experience for my Dad and son weekend. It was a record crowd for a regular nrl game as well. Its something we won't forget. We can't thankyou enough. We also had a great view of the fireworks and drone show at the easter show to cap it off. What a great hotel. Thx for the upgrade.
Hotel was great including amazing staff, however the bed needed to go to the tip with massive dip/hole in middle. Not good enough for $500+ per night. Not enough pillows and doona was too short. Do better!
Love this hotel, the rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. Lifts can be troublesome, I think staff should have their own. Went for a conference, the food was amazing, the hotel and wait staff were very friendly. In particular Polina from the front desk. She has an amazing smile and was very friendly and nothing was too hard.
We stayed recently to go to the Royal Easter Show and the room smelt of septic waste but the smell was not coming from the bathroom it was in the bedroom. Very late at night we discovered a brown stain on the pillow and the next morning we found blood/poo stains on the quilt which is disgusting. Our room was 1562 and the room was expensive but definitely not worth it. The location was perfect for the Easter Show
