The quality of the bed was absolutely terrible. If that's the standard of your quality control it's appalling! Both the mattresses were not even up to homeless shelter standard. Rather than read my review go check for your self. Room 370. Surely your company must know they are years past there us by date. You waisted money for a brochure for the pillows😅 You've forgotten why people stay there TO SLEEP! Staff were probably new but we were directed to the restaurant to get a simple answer about when to order breakfast. Took us 25 mins to get out of car park because our No Plate wasn't recognised. Rather than just let us out we were inconvenienced with this waist of time
Not fault with the facilities. My room had welcome pack I assumed it was mine as I was Accor Gold member... the crackers that came with cheese and dry fruits were stale... I think they were left in the room for at least two days undisturbed. When I checked there was a note with someone else's name on it. Plus when I was checking in at 9pm, the receptionist was on his personal phone swiping left for good 5minutes before I finally lost my patients and told him he must be pretty busy.
Stayed here for an event during January. Bought a voucher that was a sale during December and January. It was fantastic value. Location great. The hotel fit out is a bit dated. Bed and bedding super comfy.
5 star price for 4 star experience.... very disappointed Chose the Pullman as it is claimed to be a 5 star hotel (most definitely didn't meet that standard). 1. Bed was average. Old lumpy mattress. Ill-fitting mattress pillow-topper. 2. Lumpy pillows. When phoned room services to order a pillow off your pillow menu, told there was not available pillows. (Your assistant manager did manage to get us one the following day, but not really good enough, especially having a pillow menu option) 3. Shower made a horrible noise as the water ran. 4. Buffett breakfast was of mediocre quality at best. (The ability to order eggs was the only positive) 5. Dinner at your restaurant had poor service. Had prolonged waits at every stage. Too long to take an order. Too long for food to arrive. Never filled the water glasses. Didn't offer to take further drink orders. (The steak I had was quite nice, the only positive of the evening) 6. Room service took over an hour to deliver a cheese platter. Cheese platter was poor. Overall, very dissatisfied with my experience at the Pullman. Would certainly not recommend.
Had a fantastic meal at Bacar Restaurant in the Pullman! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with some great options to choose from. The atmosphere was relaxed yet classy, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being over the top. Perfect spot for a special night out or a nice dinner with friends. Would definitely come back!
