We stayed at the new luxury beachfront house at the resort. It was stunning and had everything you could need for an amazing family vacation! The private pool and spa were great! It was just a shame that the spa only turned on at 3pm and turned off at 7pm! They also had a rule that we couldn’t swim in the pool past 8pm which was also a led down as I love to swim at night! We paid a lot extra to have a private pool and spa so we could use it at any time. Other than that, everything was amazing! The people at reception were great and very accommodating. Coffee was great! However the breakfast buffet was underwhelming! Not much food to choose from and quality of food was poor. Luckily we took our own food and there were also lots of takeaway choices around the area.

Great check in. professional, welcoming and genuine. Struggled to find villa but staff were obliging. Room was perfect but the stairs hurt. Dinner /breakfast was great and the Accor membership card was needed for the dinning room. some concerns with hot / cold shower but that could have been me, The room was spotless although the air con vents had a thick layer of dust. Over all a very pleasant stay and Pullman will continue to get my business.

I recently stayed at this place over the weekend and I was really impressed with the beautiful landscaping and how well-maintained everything was. The room itself was great, although I did find the sheets and pillow to be a bit uncomfortable. Despite that, I had a positive experience overall. The staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness of the place was top-notch. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We stayed in a standard studio for one night with our bikes hoping to ride around the lake. Unfortunately, the shared path around Lake Tuggerah is not complete and we didn't want to ride on the road. Also, there aren't any other dining options within walking distance from the hotel. The room was clean, with a lovely view of the golf course from the balcony. It was extremely peaceful and relaxing staying at Magenta Shores. Based on recent reviews, I was concerned about the standard of hygiene in the room, but we were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay again!

The place is nice and the villas were beautiful but I didn't like the food. We had our office conference there and whatever food we got was very average, the morning tea, lunch and dinner, all below average, no taste. However, the breakfast was reasonable and good.
