Excellent accommodation in the heart of Albury! Very clean and comfortable rooms, bed and pillows were also very comfortable. All amenities present. Bathroom was also very nice with shampoo, conditioner and body wash also provided. The room and entire hotel was very clean.Great views from the fifth floor as well. I also had breakfast at the restaurant every morning during my stay. The spread was simple but tasty and filling. Tip: book the breakfast the night before to avail the discount. Hotel location is also very accessible. Plenty of restaurants available within short walking distance and also 5 minutes walk to West end plaza. But the street is quiet at night so no disturbance when you are sleeping. Also offers free on site parking. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Albury Wodonga

Hard work to check in! - there is a lady in reception watching you struggle to check in though .. just when you think she will help.. nope she won’t. .. (self service check in) once it spits out your room key .. she says there is a special when you eat in the restaurant..lol.. .. yeah right 🫠.. If you like to charge your phone next to you when sleeping.. it’s a hands and knees job so be be prepared! Shower works but not great, half shower screen so everything gets wet, but it’s all part of the experience.. Oh the wine glasses!! Almost forgot .. .. careful .. clean before using 🚑

Stayed there Saturday evening- the customer service I received from Emily both over the phone and in person was second to none. The lobby area is beautiful-music is at the perfect volume and ambience is incredible. Will from now on be my go too hotel in Albury.

My family and I recently stayed at Atura Hotel in Albury for three nights, and our experience was overall positive. The first day's room service was excellent, but we encountered some missed cleaning on the second day. However, the prompt response and resolution from the staff were appreciated, leading to our satisfaction. Despite a minor discrepancy regarding the room refrigerator (limited to a mini-bar), the hotel accommodated our request to use their kitchen refrigerator for our food. The 24-hour automatic check-in/out facilities were convenient, and the availability of customer service until 11 pm was notably impressive. The central location in Albury CBD added to the overall appeal, making it a convenient choice for our family stay. Despite some initial hiccups, the responsive service and facilities contributed to a generally enjoyable experience at Atura Hotel.

Roxy organised my breakfast wedding and reception at Atura and it was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she had a plan b ready to go for bad weather. My room was also very comfortable and my guests very happy. Definitely recommend!
