Staying at Atura truly feels like my home away from home! I spent the Australia Day weekend there, and I can’t say enough good things about it. Chris and the entire staff are absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to ensure we were completely spoiled and had every single need taken care of. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every moment was a delight. It’s the perfect blend of comfort and hospitality, making my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that feels like the ultimate retreat while still being right in the heart of all the action, Atura is the place to be! I’ll definitely be back for more! 🌟❤️✨
Definitely a good location and the rooms are fine but it's not a 4 star hotel so I don't know where they're getting that from. It's all getting a bit rough. View from our room was just the unsecured car park. I had to call 3 times before anyone would answer at the 24 reception because the early check in wouldn't work. Honestly all totally fine but not $294 a night.
Certainly dated, but still a good two nights stay. Great location and probably paying $225 per room for the privilege. Very good service. Buffet breakfast was ok. Not heaps of options, but what was there was good. Bacon, Eggs, sausages, tomato, hash brown, plenty of breads, fruits and croissants, no mushrooms. Pool was clean and towels provided.
The service was good. The hotel has clearly been refurbished and the beds were clean. Pool was well kept. Bathrooms were showing they're age. Location is fantastic as it's on the main street in town
Good location with ample parking. Rooms and facilities were okay.. not sure about the 4 stars rating. Bathroom had drainage issues and a lot of water splashes outside of the shower area. Breakfast was decent enough.
