We enjoyed our weekend staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. It’s a fantastic bonus to be able to bring your pet. We will never stay at another hotel in Sydney now that we have discovered this gorgeous hotel. Our room was spacious and super clean and comfortable. The food from Luke’s Kitchen was delicious and the cocktails from the bar also great. The whole place has a cool relaxing vibe. Great location. Such a fabulous hotel that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Dimitri, the doorman. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. His warm and professional demeanor made me feel right at home. Dimitri provided excellent local recommendations and always greeted me with a smile. His outstanding service truly enhanced my visit. Highly recommend this hotel, not just for its great rooms and food, but also for the fantastic staff like Dimitri. Thank you Dimitri In General The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere for my stay. Always a joy yo stay here... During this stay I clocked up 50 nights since the property opened Feb 2022. Some staff still at the property, always remember you too. Rooms always beaut, access from Airport via Train to Town Hall Station and a short walk to the Hotel. Had Room Service, Coffee, Drinks & Snacks at the Bar, all excellent Will be back next month...

The reception is nice. She speaks very well. Calm and accommodating. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The rooms are well kept. Bigger rooms are available for big groups.

We call in middle of the night, last minute call. The guy on the phone was efficient, does not take long to book us in and especially with a furry friend of ours. We got there, they help with the suitcases right away and give us a warm welcome with water and some treats for the dog. Importantly the staff were super nice and professional, soothing us after a long drive. The room was standard, offer us a good sleep and a nice shower. Got room services for our dog, look great! We went for check out & once again having a nice little chat with some staffs.
