I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and every time I went back i felt valued and taken care of. During my recent stay, I was impressed by the exceptional service from the moment I stepped into the hotel. I want to thank Matt for going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and always available to assist with any requests or questions. His genuine care made my stay feel special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

We had a huge room - I would recommend upgrading if possible. As mentioned in other comments the building is low so you won’t have great views, but they have a nice rooftop terrace to make up for that. Staff are very helpful and nice! We had an issue with our bathroom and the team were immediately on top of things.

None of the rooms have a good view. But other than that, it was perfect. Rooms are palatial (especially at this price point). Lobby was really cool, they did a great job with the concept, doesn’t feel cookie cutter at all. Didn’t spend much time on the rooftop but there was a compact lap pool and spots to sit and enjoy drinks.

I had an incredible stay at the Kimpton Margot in Sydney! The location is perfect, putting you right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it a cozy and welcoming place to return to each day. One of the highlights was the complimentary happy hour—such a fun touch! The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The staff were warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a lovely overnight stay here. The hotel decor is really nice, including the fabulous foyer area, complete with bar restaurant and lots of comfortable, lush seating. Mat at the registration desk was very friendly and welcoming you. The pool area was nice, and the social drinks at 5pm was a lovely touch. The hotel location is fabulous for all things in the centre of Sydney, including being a short walk from several transport options from the airport. We'll come here again. My only very minor complaint was that the slippers provided for the rooms, only fit, small and medium sized feet - anything over a 10 or so and your heels are trailing off the back end...
