Hi team Although I stayed previously with Kimpton On this occasion I was waiting for a friend to meet me in the lobby . Unfortunately the friend overslept . So I ordered food and drinks at the bar. I was greeted by a lovely French gentleman Hugo . What lovely service and so much care and compassion . That is true customer service. You went above and beyond and showed true care towards customers. Thank you so much Hugo You are a star And your supervisor must give you employee of the month for such kind service Thank you Hugo

I had an incredible stay at the Kimpton Margot in Sydney! The location is perfect, putting you right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it a cozy and welcoming place to return to each day. One of the highlights was the complimentary happy hour—such a fun touch! The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The staff were warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I can’t wait to stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Kimpton Sydney. The proximity to so much of what Sydney has to offer is unmatched and the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms impeccable. Most of all it was the friendly and helpful staff that made our experience so special. They truly went above and beyond. We enjoyed our weekend staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. It’s a fantastic bonus to be able to bring your pet. We will never stay at another hotel in Sydney now that we have discovered this gorgeous hotel. Our room was spacious and super clean and comfortable. The food from Luke’s Kitchen was delicious and the cocktails from the bar also great. The whole place has a cool relaxing vibe. Great location. Such a fabulous hotel that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

It was tough finding a 5 star hotel that is genuinely dog friendly and doesn't charge exhorbitant "pet fees" in the CBD. Highly recommend Kimpton for dog owners on this basis alone. What pushed this to a 5 star review for me were 2 duty managers in particular - Rahul and Charles. Both going above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. Rahul very professionally and efficiently assisted with an extension of my stay and provided amenities for us, even though we weren't supposed to due to my fault in not understanding the AMEX Travel terms and conditions. Charles also stood out in his own way with his friendly attitude and conversation, offering bottles of water when I went down to the lobby around midnight and helping me fill up my bottle with sparkling water. Kimpton is lucky to have these managers taking care of the hotel. Overall an excellent 5 night stay, and will be back again if travelling with the dog.
