“I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rydges Newcastle From the moment I arrived, the duty manager and staff made me feel welcome and were attentive to every detail. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The location was perfect— next to harbour to see big ships coming close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. I especially loved the breakfast buffet; it had an amazing variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool area was serene, and the spa services were top-notch, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making personalized recommendations and accommodating all my requests with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free experience. I can’t wait to return!”

Everything is mediocre, apart from the price. The rooms are OK, the service is OK, the breakfast was semi-ok. I asked for a luggage trolley and had to go down and get it myself and the breakfast was sub-standard. And then, when I shared my feedback with the front desk, I was given 2 cards to email through my feedback - which just about sums it up. The location is great though. And the very kind man at the front desk helped us when my son when he injured his leg.

We had a great stay. We booked the executive suite and had a sofa bed and a nice bedroom with TV in both rooms. The rooms were clean and service was quite good. Liked the pool area with kid friendly slide and other play areas. The proximity to restaurants was very helpful. They offer Valet parking at 35 dollars / day which is usually quite responsive. Breakfast was good, Barista coffee charge is separate. omelette station was very quick and very well made.

The customer service is fantastic and friendly. The location is fabulous and walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants and bars. The rooms however are dated, a little dirty and the paint is peeling. The ac was noisy and struggling to produce cool air. It’s a fine place to stay but it’s certainly not 5 stars

Our recent stay was incredibly pleasant. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, which made a significant difference, especially during our first trip with our infant. We particularly enjoyed the harbor view suite, which offered stunning views and created a relaxing atmosphere
