I celebrated my birthday here, and it was unforgettable! Driss and the team made me feel so special with bubbles on arrival and thoughtful touches throughout the day. The rooftop pool was stunning, and the bartender made incredible cocktails with great energy. Everything was perfect – highly recommend for a special occasion!

Very very average le petit chef. Wouldn’t recommend for the price. I think they need to be capable of creating magic, and proper quality food and dessert if they’re going to take it on. Have dined all around the world and one of the few times I wish I hadn’t booked

Rooms aren't clean well . Staff at the breakfast is so slow, I waited 20 minutes for my tea because waiter Miho, simply forgot about our order. Wanted to mention Vanessa, amazing lady , so welcoming , friendly and helpful. I may say , she is the most responsible person on the hotel.

I recently stayed at the InterContinental Sydney Double Bay for a few nights, it was really tired and needs a refresh and update. It is no longer new and fresh. The service was pretty bad, we had countless incidents in 3 days where they were not attentive. It took ages to order food at the bar. I don't think it is worth the price anymore. The location is great though.
