Accommodating up to 150 in a banquet configuration or 260 in a theatre style, Grand Ballroom can be either casually themed or stylishly dressed to suit your theme and requirements. Grand Ballroom has the ability to be split into two consecutive spaces, Ballroom A and B via a concertina wall. Featuring: - In-built Dual Data Projectors and Screens - Dimmable LED lighting - High ceiling - Divisible into 2 sections - Digital signage – customizable with text or logo/picture Adjoining the Grand Ballroom is the Pre-Function Foyer which is well suited for registration and catering. Located on Level Two of the property and accessible via elevator or stairs. The conference rooms are all wheelchair accessible.

Stayed for six nights a week ago, when our tour operator transferred us from a fairly poor establishment just down the road. But delighted it happened because this is a lovely, high standard hotel, staffed by very friendly and helpful people. Did not eat there so cannot comment on that, but the location, room and view were superb. Darwin is somewhat 'different' to other Australian cities (some aspects good, some aspects not so good!), but the Hilton Darwin will not disappoint and we would certainly use again.

Great hotel right in the heart of the city. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast downstairs is outstanding. The rooms are always clean and to a high standard. My only small knock is no off street parking outside of Valet Parking option. But plenty of parking on the street.

UPDATE: Was back in town for business and was given a free upgrade to the 20th floor. What a fantastic room! Again, the staff make a huge difference here. They really put forth maximum effort to ensure satisfaction and a low-stress experience. High marks to front desk staff for steering me to Rebel Darwin for a new pair of shoes. Also, the breakfast staff did another outstanding job making me feel like a valued guest! Thank you so much and looking forward to seeing you again soon! Original review: Beautiful property, outstanding staff, great location! The reception and breakfast staff were exceptionally hospitable and professional. The rooms were immaculate, with modern decor. Everything is within a 10 min walk-the wharf, galleria, Crocosaurus Cove and many different restaurants. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of this visit, both for the food options and the excellent staff!

Excellent hotel that is central in Darwin city. Friendly and very helpful staff. I arrived there early and Pitchana checked if there was a room available early so I was able to get into my room early. Shreeya was also very helpful. I needed to get printing done and she organised that for me. The in-room dining was fantastic, especially the dinner menu which was restaurant quality food. Rooms are nice and clean. It’s a bonus that check out time is 12pm too.

I stayed at the Hilton Darwin on the night of 21/09/24, after booking my room just a few minutes before arriving at the hotel. Upon arrival at the front desk, I had to request my room upgrade, as the staff didn’t seem aware of it—likely due to the last-minute reservation, which is understandable. However, the greeting was lacking warmth and a smile, which slightly dampened my check-in experience. Fortunately, after asking, I was upgraded, which I always appreciate as a member. The lobby is beautiful, spacious, and inviting, and I particularly loved the carpet in my room, which added a nice touch of comfort to my stay.
