Stayed here for a function at the neighbouring Brisbane Convention Centre (there is direct access). Room was clean, bed was soft without being saggy, pillows were soft but also supportive. Good showerwith an adjustable height shower head that doesn't flood the rest of the bathroom. Not a 5-star hotel, but the room was everything I needed it to be and the price was fair. Have stayed here once before and I'm sure i'll stay here again.

Nothing like paying $530 for a Queen Deluxe Balcony room only to have the guests in front of you receive a complimentary upgrade from their room to a King Suite.. Not ok guys. Perhaps it could have been handled a little more discreet. Having nowhere to park your car was also inconvenient and having to pay $55 for valet parking was a sting. Balcony was dirty and shower leaked everywhere. I would not stay here again.

The menu for breakfast was the same as everywhere else, but for some reason the taste of everything was exceptionally better. Very happy with food. Bed was comfy, room was clean, service was good. We were really happy with location

Very nice new Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The parking on arrival was confusing, no clear sign and valet not available, people randomly parking everywhere including at the front entrance. Busy on arrival however staff were very polite, courteous, engaging, and friendly. Once checked in and luggage trolley located, everything was extremely smooth from reception, concierge, valet and the Room Service was amazing. Food was exceptionally good and reasonable prices, and delivery time was under 30min

Great hotel. Lovely big spacious rooms with the best mini bar I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Super clean and the staff have a high attention to detail. I will be back!
