Clean, quiet and comfortable....the big three for me when it comes to a hotel. Rooms not overly large, but very clean with quality bedding. On site offers an indoor pool, gym and laundry facility. Highly rated restaurant next door. Quick walk to major shopping area and Central street public transportation station. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The bed was so comfortable, the view is amazing, great location and close to everything. Downsides were the room itself was not clean enough- the air vent was filthy, mould in the bathroom tiles, had a rubbish left in the recycle bin. I would have told reception this although the way they treated my complaint about asking for a repaired curtain remote or for us to remove the remote to reception was handled poorly. My daughter had found the remote (15 months old) and pulled a button battery straight out. I got this off her and was naturally worried as if we weren’t vigilant the possible scenario is dangerous. I was told by reception “put it in the cupboard it’s fine” when your cupboards are not lockable I do not believe this to be fine. $40 a night for parking is also ridiculous, this is not stated on booking.com and comes as a surprise. Go down the road 3 night costs $30 if you don’t pull your car in and out. Will stay elsewhere in future. Also can’t call once you leave as there is no number that works for the hotel

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, being close to major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, and the star casino, which made exploring the area so convenient. The room was clean and very comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. An added bonus is the free parking, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Passages smell damp. Front desk personnel not friendly nor helpful. Breakfast is in restaurant next door so you have to step outside to get there, and the breakfast was very poor. They served powdered scrambled eggs, baked beans and toast. That was the only hot food on offer.

I recently stayed at Capri by Fraser in Brisbane for 2 nights, and the experience was underwhelming. The rooms were quite cramped (gave me a damp feeling), and the window glasses were dirty, which detracted from the view. There’s no bell service. Just be mindful car parking is charged at $40 per night, however I was told the hotel parking was full and had to park in a nearby car park. The location is a very central location. The front desk staff could also benefit from adopting a friendlier attitude to offset some of these issues. Unfortunately, I found the overall stay to be below expectations. Dont buy Kebabs from the opposite shop :D
