We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, being close to major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants, and the star casino, which made exploring the area so convenient. The room was clean and very comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. An added bonus is the free parking, which is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

I recently stayed at Capri by Fraser in Brisbane for 2 nights, and the experience was underwhelming. The rooms were quite cramped (gave me a damp feeling), and the window glasses were dirty, which detracted from the view. There’s no bell service. Just be mindful car parking is charged at $40 per night, however I was told the hotel parking was full and had to park in a nearby car park. The location is a very central location. The front desk staff could also benefit from adopting a friendlier attitude to offset some of these issues. Unfortunately, I found the overall stay to be below expectations. Dont buy Kebabs from the opposite shop :D

Hotel is bang in the middle of Brisbane so we had everything we wanted to see or experience in Brisbane on our doorstep. Arrival and departure were easy. Got a good deal for parking around the corner (I can well imagine it might be hard to find a parking spot in the city center at times). Every person we spoke to was friendly and we were always greeted when we came back to the hotel. Room was not big but clean and comfortable. Gym and Sauna were nice too. Definitely a 10/10.

Great apartment. Below is a wonderful steakhouse. Just around the corner to the new Star and two lights from Queen St mall. Great choice if priced below hotels.

These guys are amazing! I had a mishap at the hotel i booked prior to staying here but the Capri team were able to accomodate me and check me in in less than 5 mins. Gabby at reception was so lovely and attentive to my needs. Room is exceptional and very clean. Just what i need for a nights stay with my partner 😊 thank you once again! Highly recommend.
