Room are good size, bed comfortable. High humidity levels, bed sheets feel wet and towel dond really between showers. Room was not super clean, crumbs on the counter, hair in the sink. Nothing to go crazy but need to be noted. Able to sleep well, no sound through the walls. Good pressure in shower. Location is fantastic, close to everything we can imagine in the city. Service is amazing, staff is smiling, helpful, knowledgeable, they have the wow factor! We stayed 6 night's and it was great.

Perfect location. Room was very clean, shower is amazing. Includes all needed facilities as pool, sauna, gym. They provide high level services, I forgot 2 items and they contacted with us to return it back. Really love this hotel.

The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. It was clean except for the thick layer of dust on the air conditioning vents. The A/C controls were quite confusing and even on the lowest fan setting it was too noisy to have on at night. This is a real let down. The gym and stream room facilities were excellent. The buffet breakfast was really disappointing, very limited selection and very low quality. You're better off spending less at a nearby cafe to get a better brekkie and coffee

You're going to love it here! The location is fantastic, and they have express check-in to make your arrival stress-free. Plus, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous and guaranteed to make you feel right at home.

My experience today with check in was terrible. The (Muslim) women who checked me in was very rude and combative after asking for a tax receipt when using my work credit card for parking. I was told. Your company book people in all the time, you don't need a tax receipt. I mentioned that we have strict rules around using our cards and was told I was not going to get anything until I checked out. Her attitude and behavior were unacceptable, she did not give me the wifi code or any other information about the hotel as she did the person before me and before I could even ask, she served the person behind me. So left to park my car on my own, not knowing where the parking garage is, no wifi code and a bad taste in my mouth. I went and parked below. Apon returning to the front desk I had a very helpful gentleman help me. Tax receipt and all. It's really not that hard. No need to be rude.
