I booked a package deal for my wife and her friend for "a girls weekend." Both of them could not say enough good things about their experience. Their room was well designed and exceptionally clean. They LOVED the black out curtains with VELCRO to make sure all those annoying little gaps could be sealed shut. Both of their mattresses and pillows were incredibly comfortable as well. They used the 24 hour room service and were impressed with the pool area which also had a menu. The gym was stocked with fresh towels and a fridge for your water bottle. The workout plan on the gym wall was also well thought out and handy. The rooftop bar has great views and a relaxed vibe. Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety and thoughtful details. Staff were incredibly professional, polite and made everything look easy. It is clear that there are excellent processes in place which are well understood and followed by all staff, who take pride in their respective roles. Highly recommended and next time, I'll be staying! Thank you.

This is the fourth time we have stayed and it's always amazing! All staff from front desk, bar and breakfast are so friendly and welcoming! Rooms were so clean and nice and the location is perfect, especially with bridge at Kangaroo Point being open, it's literally a 10 min walk over to city and ferry stops close by. We love it❤️

Another fantastic Easter stay at The Point Hotel @ kangaroo point. Easy access to ferries get walk over the pedestrian bridge to the city and botanical gardens. Great checking in process friendly staff. Room very clean Eagle nest bar open great view. Clean pool Thanks we’re return guests and it’s our go to place to stay when in Brisbane. Cheers. Clair Lee

A nice place and lovely staff but not close to where you want to be, lucky for scooters and Didis. Great view from Balcony room Extremely noisy room, if you like the quiet then this one by the motorway is not for you. Curtains didn’t close properly and light blazed In. Room smelt funky and couldn’t get that out unless you open the doors and then the road noise meant you couldnt hear each other day or night. Rooms cleaned well daily except they forgot to replace towels one day. Bar was expensive unless you’re a local then you get 25% off, seems Abit rich to nail the people keeping you open.

The point has a Bar and restaurant on the top floor with fantastic views which was great for our weekend get away. The service was very good as they gave us a late checkout. Apart from quite a long delay for our room service, all the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Parking is an extra $20 per night for your vehicle. The room was spacious but a could use updating. The walls were all dirty and paint chipped off the walls including the doors. So value for money I thought average for the room but worth the money for the views from our balcony room.
