Due to the ongoing renovations, I got a spectacular rate on the room. Given the price, this might’ve been the best value for money hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Service was very friendly and attentive. Rooms are top notch, large size, great view of the city. What really stood out to me where the bathroom amenities. Never had a shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. that smelled this good. Subtle, but makes a difference! The mattress was very comfortable, and together with the black out curtains made for great sleep. Location is good, tough getting to the hotel from CBD is either an inconvenient bus ride, 30min walk, or very short uber ride. I found the outlet placement next to the beds to be quite inconvenient. The shower head also was a bit awkward, but all just small details. I am also not sure if the rooms will also undergo renovations and if I got an “old” or new room.

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! They are attentive, and very helpful. The room had a balcony and was very well laid out. The breakfast was the amazing! Had dinner at their new restaurant and that was GREAT! Will definitely stay again! PS, currently they are upgrading the hotel, so ask for a room around 6th floor. It will even be better after the upgrade. 😀

Renovations weren’t an issue, but the pillows in the rooms are incredibly bad, seriously bring your own pillow. With the buffet breakfast, we ate at 7am. Don’t eat the hot food on display, its been there a while and not refreshed regularly. They give you the option to order something, do that. The staff are very helpful, service impeccable, nothing is too hard…but I ended up sleeping on a rolled up bath towel and got no sleep…

Slightly dated looking rooms and furnishing, but big rooms, super clean with everything we needed. It was an amazing and comfortable stay for sure. I appreciated that the front desk was available on whatsapp so we could send our requests via text and they'd reply really soon. Thanks for the great service during our time here. We had a lovely view of the citycat and the river from our window & balcony. Bus stop: was about 10 mins walk away, quite well-litted and the neighbourhood felt safe. Parking: Free parking on street if you're lucky enough to find a spot! Noise: Note that they're undergoing some renovations / revitalisation of the buildings. Drilling and construction noises were heard around 10am onwards but it didnt bother us much. Critique: we placed our luggage with them while we explored the city (after checking out) and the luggages got really dusty with the renovation dust. This could be better managed by storing luggages in another room away from the construction.

Room good , service great , location good , however the front of the hotel filled with cars parked illegally, our shuttle bus have to park in the street because no way he can go up and turn around, I even noticed an uber driver reversed all the way because he couldn’t turn around , reversing so dangerous because you can’t see on coming cars on the loop drive way , there is no sign to tell people don’t park and block the drive way , and we have few elderly people in our group have to drag luggage all the way down on deep drive way . We definitely not staying there again .
