Great place! The entrance is a little hard to find from the street as the sign is small but the hotel itself is nice. The coffee machine at the included breakfast was malfunctioning during my stay. Breakfast was good. Above average for a Holiday Inn Express, but people were constantly looking for seats. The room was a little small considering the desk is built in and fairly narrow. But the bathroom and shower were new and clean. The washer requires coins but the dryer is free. And there’s a small shelf of books to read. The gym has everything you need and was empty whenever I went.

Lovely place. I enjoyed the hospitality here at the Holiday Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, and offering both soft and firm pillows. The food here was great, and they even offer a happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m!"

Very pleased with my stay. I came for a business trip and needed a last-minute room. The staff was beyond accommodating to all my needs. I wish I remembered the person who was helping me. Her name started with a D and she was the best. I arrived in the morning and no rooms were immediately available but they held onto some of my luggage for me. The parking garage below also felt safe and secure. The location is great. Excellent walking distance to many sights and food/ drink.

For a 4 star hotel , I give 5 stars for service. The team at Holiday Inn Brisbane Springhill was outstanding . Every one of the staff were so lovely and a special shout out to Junny and Shikhar who just made our stay extra sweet. The rooms were clean and we had a good nights rest. The free breakfast was simple but generous though I must say it would be nice to have had the Asian porridge available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel is located in the goods location close to everything you need including public transport. Hotel staff were all very helpful, and the lobby had a nice assortment of games for our 4yo. The rooms were cosy / small and could of used a more thorough vacuum as there were some items on the floor under the bed. The bed itself was comfortable and the smart TV connected easily for casting services. There is no pool or gym. Breakfast is advertised as continental however it was somewhere in between buffet / continental as there were a few extra options. Also the coffee machine kept needing to be fixed on both days but was a very minor issue. Staff were lovely and helpful always. We would stay here again đŸ™‚
