The rooms were clean spacious and reasonably well equipped. The included breakfast wasn't bad. Situated conveniently and made for a pleasant stay. Luggage storage is handy. Friendly helpful staff. Everyone including housekeeping smiled and said hello.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Brisbane Central for two weeks, and while my overall experience was moderately satisfying, there were a few issues that left me disappointed. Upon arrival, I found a stained pillow in my room, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, their response was fairly casual, which was not reassuring. Additionally, the hotel buffet lacked variety and was mostly the same every day, which became monotonous over my extended stay. Despite these concerns, the hotel is in a convenient location and offers decent amenities, but there's definitely room for improvement in cleanliness and service.

Things I liked: Most of the front desk officers were great. What I didn’t like: They don’t provide a single bottle of water. Don’t provide basic necessary items like: Dental kit, Slippers etc., They are not sincere to their guests. What I expected: I know the supply water of Australia is drinkable but they may provide bottle of water at least as welcome drink on first day and the bottles maybe used by guests to drink water subsequently. Dental kit and slippers are basic needs and those should be provided. Once I call for a laundry bag for my personal use but they didn’t provide it within 10 minutes then I had to request the receptionist to get it which was unexpected. The staff didn’t prepare the room properly two days and had negligence (photos attached). Thanks.

Hotel is convenient to Central Station, turn left from the ticket gates. Rooms are nice overall although the bed was fairly firm. The blockout blinds are the best I've ever seen, why can't more hotels use this design as they are fitted to the window frame so completely block the light, very useful in Brisbane summer when it's light early. The included breakfast had a good range. I'd consider staying here again.

It didn’t start well when we were given the key to a room that hadn’t been made up; but this was quickly rectified and drink vouchers kindly given as recompense. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable with casting and USB charging, and excellent showers. Breakfast is simple but filling. Not a bad choice for a night in the city.
