I was evacuated at 5am from the Indigo Hotel and was sent to this hotel. I was under stress and tired. However, the Holiday Inn has been fantastic!!! Amazing experience. Staff was very quick and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Coffee is delicious. Grateful I was sent to this hotel. Thank You Holiday Inn!!!

Very nice room for a budget hotel. Breakfast was really good! Great selection of food. Rooms were spacious and clean. Was really looking forward to a hot shower in the morning but there was an issue with the hot water that morning and they had a repair company trying to fix it. Room rates were pretty decent considering the location. I really wish they had an airport shuttle. It's really not that far, like 7 miles, so I think there should be a shuttle but we took an Uber and those rates were decent too. But, yeah, no other complaints. Good clean room at a decent price

Got locked out my apartment & unfortunately needed to stay at a hotel with my pup. Called them up - they said it was $198 for a room. Couldn’t pay over the phone because I unfortunately didn’t have my wallet to hand. Turned up, checked in & used ApplePay. Next minute the price skyrocketed to $308. Checked out the next morning & the lady at the front asked to see a certificate for the pup/service animal. Naturally I couldn’t oblige & thought this was a rather odd question to ask a guest who is checking out with no wallet. Also; lady at the front desk - please get another job that doesn’t involve you being anywhere customers. Oh! …& between the 4/5 staff at the door front desk - no one had an iPhone charger. How is that even statistically possible in 2025?

The room was clean but was very small. Wish there was a bigger table. The reception was friendly. They had this spin a wheel and win at the reception. That was fun to play. Though I love staying at the holiday inn , I was a bit disappointed this time with the breakfast buffet as some of the plates and cups were not properly clean. The atmosphere is amazing. Would stay there in future too.

Staff were very nice Rooms were clean but basic Has everything you need: gym, laundry, breakfast, lobby, etc... Location is great, clean, safe and only slightly away from central station. Affordable Note 1: This is a midrange hotel, so you just expect that. They will provide you with pretty much everything a more expensive hotel will, but with less flair. I think they strike a pretty good balance. We will stay there again this summer.
