Very pleased with my stay. I came for a business trip and needed a last-minute room. The staff was beyond accommodating to all my needs. I wish I remembered the person who was helping me. Her name started with a D and she was the best. I arrived in the morning and no rooms were immediately available but they held onto some of my luggage for me. The parking garage below also felt safe and secure. The location is great. Excellent walking distance to many sights and food/ drink.

Hotel is located in the goods location close to everything you need including public transport. Hotel staff were all very helpful, and the lobby had a nice assortment of games for our 4yo. The rooms were cosy / small and could of used a more thorough vacuum as there were some items on the floor under the bed. The bed itself was comfortable and the smart TV connected easily for casting services. There is no pool or gym. Breakfast is advertised as continental however it was somewhere in between buffet / continental as there were a few extra options. Also the coffee machine kept needing to be fixed on both days but was a very minor issue. Staff were lovely and helpful always. We would stay here again 🙂

Honestly you would be better off sleeping in your car. You’d have more room. And do not book here if you like a bit a fresh air. There is literally no fresh air in the rooms at all. I couldn’t even turn the exhaust fan on in the bathroom because there isn’t one. This was booked for me by a third party through a workcover claim. I’ve booked out and will find my own accommodation that isn’t a 4m x 4m box. And don’t think about sharing a room with someone that hasn’t seen you butt naked before. The walls for the bathroom are frosted glass so no privacy there. For $300 a night you’ve got to be kidding

Very nice room for a budget hotel. Breakfast was really good! Great selection of food. Rooms were spacious and clean. Was really looking forward to a hot shower in the morning but there was an issue with the hot water that morning and they had a repair company trying to fix it. Room rates were pretty decent considering the location. I really wish they had an airport shuttle. It's really not that far, like 7 miles, so I think there should be a shuttle but we took an Uber and those rates were decent too. But, yeah, no other complaints. Good clean room at a decent price

Rooms were okay and cozy, comfortable with great cooling. However, bathroom tiles were dirty - our clothes got stained / wet from leaks and dirty floors. I called and asked for room keeping/service and came back at night to find the room was not attended to. Bed not made etc. to make things worse hot water was undergoing maintenance and it happened on the day after they planned it. albeit staff were friendly and buffet breakfast was the only great takeaway. Have usually had Great experiences at holiday inn but unfortunately this was a let down and won’t be staying at holiday inn again anytime soon.
