Stayed here recently and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which is exactly what you want after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, check-in was quick, and everything just worked the way it should. The included breakfast was a nice bonus too. I went down planning on a light breakfast and somehow left feeling like I'd prepared for a marathon. The location made it easy to get around, and the overall experience was excellent value for money. No complaints at all – I'd happily stay here again.
The hotel location is excellent and very convenient. However, the cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a Holiday Inn based on my experiences in other countries. During my two-week stay, housekeeping standards were disappointing. It often seemed that the bed linens were not properly changed, and at times it felt like only the bed cover was replaced while the bedding underneath remained the same. This made me lose confidence in the overall hygiene of the hotel. Because of these concerns, I even purchased my own towel and avoided eating or drinking at the hotel, as I no longer felt comfortable with the cleanliness standards. I hope the hotel management takes customer reviews seriously, especially the many comments regarding housekeeping and cleanliness, and works to improve these areas. The location is great, but the cleaning standards need significant attention.
We stayed from December 23 to December 30, 2025, and had a great experience. Breakfast was included during the public holiday period, which was very convenient. All staff were friendly and welcoming, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. Special thanks to Express Agent Nikki for her quick and helpful email responses when we had additional requests after booking. We had a lovely and memorable holiday in Australia. We are planning a trip to Japan in mid-January, and it’s a pity that there are limited IHG hotel options in the city we will be visiting — otherwise, we would definitely choose IHG again.
Excellent stay here everytime, the rooms are clean and staff very friendly. I generally cath their breakfast which could be better but compared to other places something is still better than nothing. Can't complain.
Tanvi and her team went above and beyond to provide excellent service after I arrived incredibly early after a red-eye flight, and got me checked in quickly. When I misplaced my power adaptor, they reviewed security footage to see where I might have lost it, and then loaned me one when we couldn't find it. The room itself was comfortable, breakfast was ample, and in-room design was thoughtful and minimalist. Will stay here again.
