The suite we stayed in was quite spacious, with fantastic views. Let down only by a lack of cleaning upon arrival, also a stain on the bedding, and a weird placement of an air conditioning tube which meant you couldn't fully close the curtains in front of the bed, so expect to be blasted by sunlight at 6am. Staff were polite but not overly outgoing or friendly, I'd expect a bit more from hotel staff. The buffet for $28 was good enough, a moderate selection of hot foods, cereal and pastries, worth the money, though the hot food was more like lukewarm which was a slight let down. Very central location for accessing parts of the city. Check in was very slow. With just a few slight improvements to the rooms cleaning, curtains and enthusiasm from staff could easily be 5 stars, at least for their suites.

Lovely hotel with good sized rooms and clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and I feel it's very good value for the price. As a business traveller I appreciated the larger desk in the queen suite and a lounge to relax too. The balcony gave great views over the city. I appreciated the park over the road too for evening walks for exercise. Overall this hotel deserves a higher rating than others have given it. Also having a small iga close by I found very convenient.

Where is the pool? You show one on your website, that pool does not exist, person on desk told us the Terrace shares a pool with a hotel two doors down. It’s not the pool in the photo. False advertising, take the photo down!!! Bathroom was terrible, a shower over the bath, and it wasn’t properly cleaned. The room had one chair, so two people could not sit out on the dirty balcony. Very slow check in , reception people not friendly. But on a good note, the bed was really comfy and the dining room staff were awesome, food was great. If you Google The Terrace Hotel Adelaide look at the photos, there is one of the “supposed “ pool. Then take it down.

Stayed in executive king room 1110 with lovely hills view. Spacious room but very dated.Not dirty but not up to the standard I was expecting.A scrabble tile on floor in room and a bead in bathroom ,which was not ideal. Dust on chair and on top of bedhead. Lovely comfy bed.Terrible bathroom with cracked floor and shower over bath with bad water pressure and quite slippery to get out of.Loose toilet seat and no toilet brush which was weird.No instructions for coffee maker,or no instructions for putting in door card or mention that door card needs to be inserted before AC can work.Fridge freezer iced up and 2 shelves in fridge in wrong spots,and quite tricky to swap around.Only one lounge chair and one broken desk chair which were both uncomfortable.Nice balcony but cowbebs everywhere ,and no way to sit out there and have a drink.With the size of the room ,there would be room to have 2 light comfy chairs inside that could be taken onto balcony. Nice buffet breakfast and good location close to tram and parklands across the road.Reasonable price for location ,and would maybe stay again.Staff were quite friendly

Great location. Good bed and TV. Terrible bathroom. Toilet behind door and shower over a very deep bath, difficult to enter and leave especially when wet. Whole hotel needs a bit of love.
