With a generous 235m2, Botanical combines the Banksia, Wattle and Acacia function rooms to create one large multipurpose venue that can host up to 230 guests in a cocktail style setup. With high ceilings and abundant natural light, it is ideal for mid-size corporate and private events, such as exhibitions, conferences, seminars, product launches, dinners, and cocktail parties. Botanical can be easily divided into three separate rooms to allow for different events to run at the same time. Located in The Terrace Hotel Adelaide, this large and pillarless venue can be combined with Parkview Deck or Terrace Bar & Kitchen to allow for pre-, during, and post-event catering and networking.

The rooms are very dirty, a centuries-old layer of dust is in the closet as well as under the sink. Check-in was promised at 14.00, but in fact we stopped by the room at 15.40 and such a queue is here every day! The only thing that made me happy was breakfast The TV was very old, the smart TV is out of the question, and the refrigerator was breaking. The sockets are at Paul's own, so it's not convenient to charge the phone

The 3 star for service is only because I waited over an hour for my room at check in (actually the woman forgot me!) After that, most service was professional and courteous. Comfortable stay. Good location, close to tram and prompt taxi call service.

Room was great, very comfortable, location was good. Bit of a walk to most things but doable. Was half the price of many other hotels. You gotta pay for parking if it's a weekday or non public holiday. 1 of our 4 days fell on day we couldn't street park. I initially said to reception we'd just pay for parking. Until I worked out we could street park the rest of our stay. I would of liked if the receptionist had told me I could do this when I arrived. Everybody who works for any organization is in customer service if you like it or not.

Had my 60th Birthday celebrations at one of the function rooms here. The service was outstanding and the food was plentiful and yummy. Staff were so lovely and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend having an event at The Terrace. I didn't stay overnight however the pictures of the hotel rooms looked really lovely.
