Overall a good stay. Just a few issues. Housekeeping was non existent. After speaking with the receptionist on the front desk late in the evening after the 3rd evening of no room refreshing he was very apologetic and as a lovely gesture offered my son and myself a free buffet breakfast the following morning for the inconvenience. He also supplied us with fresh towels & coffee sachets to tide us over. We were very appreciative of his exceptional customer service. NB: We did at all times leave the sign to refresh room on our door and many times when we left our room for the day we noticed the housekeepers/trolleys on our floor yet obviously did not bother servicing all rooms.. Sound proofing was also a huge issue. You could literally hear the conversations very clearly from the rooms on each side as well as outside in the hallway. The toilet seat was a little dodgy too. The screws or bolts needed to be tightened or replaced. The only other issue was on check out I asked receptionist if he could call a taxi to take us to the airport. After about 10 minutes our ride arrived but it was a Limo not a taxi as I requested hence was charged practically twice as much as we paid coming out from the airport to the hotel which was in peak hour traffic. As it was early Sunday morning when we departed with very little traffic it should have been a relatively cheap fare. If I wanted to order a Limo I would have requested one. On a brighter note, the beds were very comfy, the shower was great and the staff at reception that we dealt with during our stay were lovely and friendly.

First of all, we got a free upgrade to an executive room, so I might be biased, however there should not be such a big difference to a normal room, it has a bathtub and it is on the highest floor. The building from the outside is not the most impressive, but it is nice and renovated on the inside. If you are on a higher floor, there is a beautiful view of Adelaide. The staff is polite and there is a nice atmosphere in the lobby. The hotel was quiet and clean, there was nothing to complain about. Even the toilet in the lobby was clean, which I needed to inspect after the check out due to Bali belly.

Check in staff helpful. Room is quite large - good view. Clean and comfortable. Easy walk into city or bus/trams. Good breakfast - great restaurant at their other hotel - two doors down. Very good WiFi - great TV. Hotel is dated - but clean and good value. Would definitely stay again.

Doing this review in our room on the last night of a 6 night stay. Unusually, we were asked to pay at the start of our stay, but did so. In room found dirty marks on table surfaces not cleaned. A chair was and still is covered in dirt. A bottle top on the floor still after 5 days. Mixed reception from staff. One very helpful, the rest, not so much. Came back to the room twice to find it had not been "refreshed". Tonight we are sleeping in an uncleaned room, we fortunately were given a roll of toilet paper at reception and there are 2 clean towels for our shower in the morning. This is the second stay for us, but it will be the last. Inexpensive is good, cheap and dirty is not.

Had a pleasant experience at the hotel. Staff was amazing and specially Pranshu who went above and beyond. Location is pretty good. The only issue is Parking. They have some parking option on site and on street.
