Lots of waiting at this hotel , with people standing about very casual. Got to my room went to settle in and change to my silk pillow case and found the pillow covered in grey fluff and body hair. Took a photo and spoke to reception was told I could have an upgrade no different to my last room was ( as in upgraded). Up on the 6 th floor was a homeless guy on the stairs which was quite unnerving. Not like it was my last stay I’m quite dissatisfied

Excellent hotel. Every time I travel to Adelaide I stay here. It is a place that is well equipped, good service, cleanliness and spacious rooms. Good location and friendly staff.

The tv wasn't a smart tv and no reception- so literally nothing to watch. The fridge didn't work so we came home to hot drinks and melted icecream. All together over priced and unpleasant experience- rooms weren't clean and were very dusty/ stale smelling. Far too noisy to sleep. Mentioned issues to reception on check out and were faced with complete lack of care or concern for our experience. This is why Airbnb would be have been a better option, our issues would have been taken seriously. Definitely do not recommend.

Nice friendly staff and service, no wait when I was checking in or out. I stayed for a whole weekend it was beautiful only problem I had was a burnt mark on the carpet in the room, a decent size rip in the curtain and the cupboard had the side coming off if you were too look properly. Most gorgeous part was watching the sunset, you get the most beautiful view

Quiet location next to the park lands. Older hotel. Comfortable bed. Tidy room. Some small maintenance and wear and tear. Very slow check in.
