Me and my family had such a lovely experience. Hannah welcomed us with a warm smile and impeccable service, made our evening so much better. The food was delicious and drinks were great, would definitely recommend! I don’t think I will ever experience another dinner the same without the wonderful waitress Hannah - seriously I am shocked at how wonderful she is.

We’ve been here a few times for lunch now and it’s become a really reliable local spot for us. The food is always good—tasty, well-portioned, and reasonably priced. It’s an easy choice when you just want a nice, no-fuss meal. We also stopped by over the Easter period and were impressed with how smoothly everything was running, even though it was busy. A special shoutout to our waitress, Porschea (sorry if I’ve misspelled that!). She went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, and her friendly, accommodating attitude really stood out. It made a big difference to our visit. Overall, a great local pub with consistently good food and service. We’ll definitely be back again.

We’ve been coming here for a few months as it’s a convenient central spot for family catch-ups, but after today it’ll probably be our last. On what was a pretty quiet Sunday lunch, it took 45 minutes for the first meal to arrive. Then another 10 minutes for the second, 10 minutes more for two others, and by the time the seventh and final meal landed, the first two had already finished and were considering dessert. All meals were ordered together on the same docket, so the staggered “tasting menu experience” was a surprise. The food itself was okay, although the gravy had the consistency and flavour of lightly seasoned tap water. Not terrible, just definitely not worth the wait. If the goal was to give each diner a solo dining experience, mission accomplished. Otherwise… do better. 🍽️

We recently celebrated our son’s 21st birthday in the Garden Bar, with the stunning city skyline as the backdrop — and it was absolutely perfect. All our family and friends had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, the setting was beautiful, and the atmosphere was just right. A special thank you to our Function Manager, Ale, who truly went above and beyond. She was friendly, bubbly, and incredibly professional. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure every detail we requested was executed seamlessly. Ale is definitely the right person for the job — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Together with Ale, the bar attendants Monique and Gabrielle were also helpful, friendly, and really contributed to making the evening enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for making this 21st a truly memorable and special evening!

Worst meal service at any hotel I have been at around AUSTRALIA. Do not go here if you want a meal cooked to how you ordered within 2 hours. Ordered my meal at 7:41 pm and by 9:30 they asked if I still wanted it or a refund. I still wanted my meal so they did it and got it at 9:57 but not with the sides I ordered. Been there a few times over the past few years but never again. The bar and waitering staff were doing their best all night but the food ordering system to the kitchen is a disgrace to the Melbourne Food reputation. You can't give zero stars on here so I had to give it one.
