Right in the Melbourne centre, in front of Flinders Street Station building - the reference point of the city. Very convenient location - especially for the first-timers to Melbourne. Superb quality of the venue, value for money at its best: friendly and attentive service team (special kudos to Madeleine and Chloe), fantastic design of the entire interior ave the dining area in particular, comfortable and spacious rooms - what else can be expected by a guest? Will definitely stay there again if we ever come back to the city. The DT knows exactly how to turn customers into returning customers. Thank you!

Great location right opposite Flinders Street station, right smack in middle of the city. Good for anyone who wants to explore the city as it’s close to everything. Stayed two nights in a city view room with nice views of the towering city skyline, room was basic but clean. Breakfast buffet options limited, better off grabbing a meal from the nice cafes around town.

From the moment you arrive, the staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. That signature warm cookie at check-in? Such a simple gesture, but it sets the tone for the rest of your visit. The rooms are spotless, stylishly designed, and surprisingly quiet for such a central location. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and you have everything you need: from good coffee to quality bathroom products. The city views from our window are a nice bonus. What really makes this place shine is its location. You’re literally steps away from Flinders Street Station, laneway cafes, Federation Square, and all the charm Melbourne has to offer. It makes exploring the city so easy. Special mention to the breakfast team with friendly service, great coffee, and a fresh, delicious spread that keeps you going all morning. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort, style, and location, and the team here clearly takes pride in making guests feel looked after.

1 word, perfect! I checked in at 5 sept 2025. And little thing happened, but its not a big deal for me. You know what? The staff and Manager act so great and handle everything. Even they gave me free beverage vouchers and free breakfast too because this very small thing. The service is perfect, room is great. Location perfect. Few times staying here. And always happy Thank you for the great service 💕❤️

The staff is always helpful especially the team at the front desk. This my third time staying here this year and the location is super convenient. Rooms however feel very dated and breakfast options leave much to be desired.
