Excellent service and beautiful surroundings! The staff were attentive and efficient, always ensuring I was comfortable. The room was spotless and had a modern design with thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious and well presented. I also enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a busy day. The location was convenient for exploring the area. This hotel provided the perfect mix of luxury and comfort. I highly recommend it!

The staff were really helpful and friendly, great recommendation for local coffee! Room was nice and looked good. Only downsides, the room temperature was hard to control but I think that was more the Melbourne weather, and the teacups are a bit small for someone who likes a good cup of tea after a day out. But that’s more a me thing.

We visited on Monday night and were really disappointed with the service. The girl in the light blue shirt gave us a friendly welcome but after taking our order she just walked away, no water, nothing. Later, a short-haired girl came over, served us water and properly set up our table. She was the only one who seemed to care and did her job well. It took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks, and during that time the girl in the blue shirt was standing at the front desk chatting with a guy and using her phone, while other staff were clearly struggling to keep up. For a Hilton hotel, that’s really disappointing. If someone isn’t ready or trained for the job, management should look into it. We live in Sydney and visit many restaurants, but we’ve never seen such unprofessional service before. Visited again yesterday and wanted to grab a drink before heading back to the room. Most beers were sold out, with empty bottles still sitting on the shelf. Quite disappointing. Accommodation was convenient and the room was clean. Reception staff were super friendly. However, we won’t be booking here again.

Great location right opposite Flinders Street station, right smack in middle of the city. Good for anyone who wants to explore the city as it’s close to everything. Stayed two nights in a city view room with nice views of the towering city skyline, room was basic but clean. Breakfast buffet options limited, better off grabbing a meal from the nice cafes around town.

Right in the Melbourne centre, in front of Flinders Street Station building - the reference point of the city. Very convenient location - especially for the first-timers to Melbourne. Superb quality of the venue, value for money at its best: friendly and attentive service team (special kudos to Madeleine and Chloe), fantastic design of the entire interior ave the dining area in particular, comfortable and spacious rooms - what else can be expected by a guest? Will definitely stay there again if we ever come back to the city. The DT knows exactly how to turn customers into returning customers. Thank you!
