Amazing service, in particular would like to highlight Sehar’s service. She went above and beyond to help us with our booking, discussed different upgrade options available and helped us pick the best option that suited us. All hotel staff have been so lovely and helpful to us during our stay. The room is modern, spacious and clean. The executive lounge food and drinks are also great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night during Easter holiday. The location is great with the tram stop and train station just across the street, which made getting around really easy. There are plenty of food options nearby, even late at night. Room was quiet and okay size for a couple. No view from the room just wall of the building next door. The downside was the pillow it was too flat and uncomfortable for us, which unfortunately gave me neck pain and headache the next morning.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The location is really great. It is close to good shopping, public transport and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Rooms were clean, a/c worked really well, and the beds were very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I hope we can come again soon with our family.

It’s a nice hotel but I probably won’t be staying here again.. they don’t really show any flexibility/goodwill for elite status members. I’ve stayed in over 100 Hilton properties over the years and on days when I’ve arrived early and check in is not available I’ve been offered breakfast on day of arrival because I’m a loyal Hilton diamond member (yes, I know the rule is breakfast for the following morning but as a goodwill gesture I’m usually offered breakfast on early arrival)… this time I was refused.. the dining manager said different countries have different rules… but then I mentioned that I’d stayed at Hilton Sydney and they offered breakfast on day of arrival.. she didn’t have a reply to that.. One other thing.. I’ve never been to a Hilton and told that I can only have a continental breakfast.. and if I wanted hot breakfast, then I had to pay extra.. yes, the rules might be continental.. but I’ve never been to a Hilton hotel where they have enforced this.. this was the first! To give the hotel some credit, they did give me the hot option without charge after I raised this issue at reception.

We didn't stay but we had a lovely meal and a couple of drinks in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our meals were great with a minimal wait time. The decor was very cool with the layout a mix of booths and tables, or you could just sit up at the bar.
