We didn't stay but we had a lovely meal and a couple of drinks in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our meals were great with a minimal wait time. The decor was very cool with the layout a mix of booths and tables, or you could just sit up at the bar.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The location is really great. It is close to good shopping, public transport and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options. Rooms were clean, a/c worked really well, and the beds were very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I hope we can come again soon with our family.

I had a wonderful experience during my two-night stay. The front desk and restaurant staff were super lovely. Service: superb. Room: modern and clean. Location: outstanding. Warm cookie upon arrival was a bonus. Only a couple of drawbacks: 1) no master switch at bedside, and 2) ugly view (my room overlooked the unattractive wall of the adjacent building, blocking any natural light. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect five out of five!

The venue has been great, and the team has been phenomenal in the service and attention in making sure things have run perfect for us. Anu and Toon's hard work (& patience), and the warm welcoming from Oliver has been first class and can't be faulted. I highly recommend the hotel and all its staff to everyone.

The hotel location and service we received was excellent. I was worried about noise being an issue because it's so close to Flinders st station but we didn't hear a sound. Breakfast was great, lots of options and very fresh
