The service we received from every single staff member during our stay was amazing! So welcoming and helpful. The breakfast staff in particular were so lovely! Facilities were clean and very well kept. Bed was comfy and bathrooms were so nice. Loved the little touches like a welcome with our name on the tv, cookies on arrival and validated parking! Location on Flinders Street was so convenient. Cannot fault our whole stay!

Stayed here for four nights for my 60th birthday. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff, especially the front desk host named Bryon. I mentioned my birthday and he upgraded our room at no charge. The next day we received coupons for two free breakfasts, two free drinks, and a free appetizer at Texas Roadhouse. The hotel was clean, and it seemed like someone was always cleaning or painting to keep things looking good. The heated pool and deck area are small but nice. The beach and ocean are right outside the hotel doors. There is a no hassle lounge and umbrella rental station as soon as you get to the beach. It’s $40 a day for two lounge chairs, umbrella, and table. They set it up for you and keep an eye on it to make sure no one else uses it. We really enjoyed a walk on the beach each morning, and the sound of the waves from our balcony. Highly recommended!

Amazing!! We are currently staying here and cannot fault anything. From the moment we checked in everything has been perfect. Check in was smooth and the hotel manager was so lovely to find us a great room. The service here is beyond our expectations. They are so quick to respond to any request. The hotel is well located and close to everything. The rooms are comfortable and great value. Great dining at your doorstep. Would definitely recommend staying here and it is our go to for our next Melbourne trip.

The best location in town! You will be in the middle of everything! High recommended! The Hotel is nice and the Staff is kind! Clean rooms and good breakfast! The only thing to complain about is the internet connection! So if you are planing any business and wanna work from the hotel, forget it.
