We celebrated our wedding yesterday at the Brighton Beach Hotel’s Bayview Room and were delighted with the whole event. The new functions manager Will Mackenzie was amazing. He arrived early in the day to check that everything was in order and worked tirelessly to fix those things that needed rectifying. Despite a very long day he kept everything running smoothly throughout the night according to our plan. The tables and chairs were beautifully dressed, the food was delicious, and the service was efficient and discreet. We had some gluten free and vegetarians in our group and they were all very happy with the options provided. The dance floor worked brilliantly with our live band and the views are always amazing (especially if the weather is kind) All in all it was a fabulous evening and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this venue for any future celebrations.

On a drive and just called in and had a bar table overlooking the bay. Service was efficient and the braised beef pie one of the best I have ever had. Served with mashed potatoes ,peas and gravy. Try it you won't be disappointed.

The best eye fillet I’ve ever had. It was succulent and delicious with the mash and veggies. Cooked to perfection. Also got a window table and great view.

We have been there few times already as it is one of the best ALH venues. But last time we booked it for birthday party and they arranged everything great very tidy and cleaning is exceptional, foods were delicious and staffs were amazing. Another thing I must say “ Oskar’s” service is exceptional and beyond our expectations.

I ordered the eye fillet expecting the usual tenderness and quality associated with this cut, but the steak I was served was tough and had a coarse texture, not at all what I associate with eye fillet. I raised my concerns with the staff, and while they insisted it was eye fillet, it didn’t taste or feel like it. I appreciate their willingness to check with the kitchen, but the experience was disappointing overall, especially considering the price. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback into consideration.
