I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sage Hotel, and I am absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Maria and Daisy at the reception. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. Maria and Daisy truly embody what it means to deliver outstanding hospitality. Upon my arrival, they didn’t just assist me—they personally came down to help with all my belongings, including my wheelchair and electric scooter. They took great care to ensure everything was brought to my room safely and with such kindness and efficiency. Their willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me. It’s rare to come across staff who are so genuinely attentive and dedicated to their guests’ well-being. Their efforts made me feel not just welcome, but truly cared for. The Sage Hotel should feel incredibly proud to have such wonderful team members representing them. Maria and Daisy’s helpfulness and positive attitudes made all the difference in my experience, and I couldn’t be more thankful. If you’re considering a stay at the Sage Hotel, I can wholeheartedly recommend it—not just for its excellent amenities, but for the amazing staff who make you feel right at home.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sage! The room was spacious, very clean and modern with everything we needed. The location is great - right in the heart of the shopping centre and across the road from the train station, however very quiet and peaceful in the room. The staff were very lovely and accommodating, and we greatly appreciated being able to check in slightly early as we had a wedding to attend. Overall a great stay!

I had a lovely 3 night stay at Sage Hotel. I chose the hotel for its location. It's a short 5 minutes walk from Ringwood Station, and it's conveniently accessible via a lift and walkway through to Eastland Shopping Centre. It's a good base for Puffing Billy Railway, which I went on during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, with good tea and coffee facilities, and I loved the Ink and Water soap and moisturiser. There's Chrome cast for the TV, which I used to stream movies. I loved the free sparkling water and ice buckets from the bar, too. The staff were really friendly at reception and at the bar. I recommend Sage Hotel.

I spent here one week for a business trip. Nice place with lots of different restaurants in the surroundings, direct train connection to Melbourne and a big shopping centre. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, Service is friendy but several things went a little bit confused, organisation could be improved :-)

Parking is an issue, even with dedicated bays. I was there for a meeting. The room was spacious & well appointed, and with very good catering.
