The perfect weekend getaway for me and my partner. Great location, within walking distance to the heart of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Check In was seamless, with a very inviting lobby as you first arrive. Great Irish bar on the ground floor with a good atmosphere and great selection of drinks. The rooms are well kept and spacious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and pleased to say we'll be back again for sure.

I have no idea what happened this time. I have spent almost 3 months at Accor hotels in 2024 and the quality here was beyond belief. I would have spoken to the staff about some minor issues, but they made me feel so uncomfortable during the check-in I didn't want to bother them. I felt like I was the problem. On reflection, I don't think it was me. But what an uncomfortable stay. - No plugs next to the bed - Cold shower tap broken - Showerhead is less than 5ft so hurts my back to shower - Fridge door doesn't close - Light switches away from the bed (might be because the design of the room is 40 years old) - Plug socket for the iron didn't work (I had to improvise) - Ironing board cover doesn't fit the board - Curtains let in too much light - Check-in took over an hour !! - Breakfast was awful (cold, cooked wrong, little variety, dirty tables/spoons etc.....) - Heaviest weight at gym is 10kg - Bedroom floor needs vacuumed - Litter inside the bedsheets?? - Late checkout is 12 noon??? - Someone called at 11 asking me to checkout after I arranged for 12 noon - Internet stopped working after checkout so I couldn't even work for 3 hours in the lobby where I sat until my taxi arrived to take me to the airport. I just can't believe that this was a Novotel. If it was IBIS I wouldn't expect perfect because it is budget. But for Novotel to be worse than an extreme low budget hotel????

Happy with the room, service, facilities and location. Great to be close to everything in Perth. Also appreciated being able to leave my luggage with concierge after check out as I had a late flight and could enjoy the day until it was time to leave for the airport. Handy having a filtered or sparkling water dispenser in the lobby also.

It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and excellent service! A bit pricey but worth it. The hotel rooms are very luxurious and comfy.
The Nicho's
Nice place, rooms clean and tidy. Booked for 3 people but only gave us one queen bed. Sorted this out easily though. Not really kid friendly, no pool and nothing for them to do.
