The room and view was gorgeous. The breakfast buffet was very nice,great variety, coffee was good. The bar was very lovely, busy but felt very intimate. Only issue was the aircon not being able to be changed to our liking during the night, it kept reverting back to its default setting.

This is our second time staying here, and it honestly just keeps getting better! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and super helpful — they really make you feel at home every time. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and have everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can tell the team takes real pride in keeping everything perfect. The breakfast buffet is a huge highlight — so many delicious options! Fresh pastries, barista coffee, fruit, and hot dishes made to perfection. It’s the kind of breakfast you actually look forward to waking up for. We also love how peaceful the hotel feels, yet it’s close to everything. The gym is so well equipped with everything you need. There’s also a pool where you can unwind. It’s easy to see why we keep coming back — it’s consistently amazing every time. Can’t wait for our next stay!

Stayed at Aloft Perth for Father’s Day and was genuinely impressed. From the front office to housekeeping to the restaurant staff, every interaction was warm and professional. The facilities were a pleasant surprise - table tennis and a heated pool added a playful touch to the stay. The food was also delicious. What stood out most was the service: attentive, thoughtful, and far beyond what you'd expect at this price point. A place where service is the luxury, and ordinary moments are turned into something extraordinary.

The hotel is really close to the airport and there are some restaurants neraby. The Pizzeria in the same building is amazing!!! The rooms are big and so comfy! But the best thing is who works there. Never had such a nice team at the reception. Special thanks to ashley - you made my day!!!

Very frustrating experience. We booked in advance through Agoda for three adults, and upon arrival were told that the “room for three ADULTS” comes with only ONE bed. The receptionist then said an extra roll out bed could be added — for an additional $60! When we asked to cancel, we were told we’d still have to pay a cancellation fee. So basically, they misrepresented the listing on Agoda, claiming to accommodate three adults while providing only one bed, and then tried to sell an extra roll out bed to fix their mistake and place a fee on a consolation. After an conversation with the receptionist, we faced the same attitude from the manager. Not a sign of trying to solve their mistake. They kept insisting it was our problem that we booked, through their own Agoda listing, a room for three adults — even though the listing doesn’t show how many beds the room actually has. Absolutely absurd. This is a place where the staff clearly doesn’t care about guests and completely lacks basic logic or customer service standards. Absolutely unacceptable — misleading, dishonest, and utterly unprofessional.
