The resort was absolutely wonderful, had a beautiful large swimming pool and kids area, the room was very clean, modern and roomy. And had a nice view of the small lake, Staff was friendly, Was in a fantastic location in the Hunter Valley. The only issue I had is the maintenance workers were on a ride on mower cutting the grass at 4:30am which woke us all up. Why couldn’t this be done at a more appropriate time. Apart from that easy fast check in and out.

The resort is perfect for family with young children because of the activities around the resort especially the water fun area. The spa experience was my highlight because of the massage therapist I had, her name is Roma and she was very skilled and friendly. It is probably one of the best massage I have ever had. The buffet breakfast was really good with different options and the staff were very helpful. Reception staff were helpful and maintenance staff who fixed the TV. Only improvements that I can suggest is in regards to Lovedale Bar & Grill, better food and especially the chips which you order for kids were always dry and tasteless.

We had an amazing 4-day stay at Rydges Hunter Valley, and it exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The facilities were incredible, catering to both children and adults. Our kids especially loved the jumping castle slides, splash park, and pool. There was also a wide variety of dining options to suit everyone's tastes. The breakfast was a highlight each morning, with so many delicious choices for both adults and kids. The bucket of pumped Nutella was an absolute hit with our children! What truly made our stay special were the friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We can't wait to return and enjoy this wonderful resort again!

Rooms are decent size and parking is available close to the room in most cases. Cleanliness was okay with the bathtub having traces of previous visitors. I think considering the prices they charge, it would be nice to at least include free water in the fridge. All items are pricey and take up most of the fridge space. The TV doesn't have netflix which is a bit outdated. Overall a good experience. Breakfast is pricey but has a great selection of good quality items.

We only booked one night and my kid had a blast. This was during the school holidays so they have a lot of activities in store. We tried to do everything from cookie decorating, jumping castle, water park, train rides (in the kids club and the white train that tours the winery with kangaroos), Ferris wheel, carousel, roller coaster, pizza making, and of course, the water park. Special thanks to one of the staff, Karin, who interacted a lot with my son which he enjoys. Also a huge thank you to the people at the concierge and reception. I left my laptop charger at home and I know it’s a long shot when I asked for help, but they helped me find a compatible charger. Helped me submit my work deliverables on time! Thanks for making our short holiday a good one. Buffet breakfast was good. Lovedale restaurant was decent (could be better but otherwise not bad). It is a bit pricey especially during the holidays thought (the resort in general), but otherwise, we had a great time.
