Stayed here for three nights last week, the reception staff were wonderful whilst at location although didn't send through the recept until we asked them two times. One time being at check in, the other was a call after checkout. Other than that they were lovely. Reception smelt lovely. The room however was okay. The bathroom had an overwhelming smell of urine which made no sense as the floor was wet, assuming that was from the cleaners. The scent didn't go away until the last night after we had showered in it multiple times. Overall the general cleanliness was disappointing with the fridge being dirty and the other areas of the bathroom as well. Beds and bedroom area was clean but the pillows were lumpy. Also the curtains have black spots as do the trim around the windows which I find concerning. This was in room 212 - Don't know if any other rooms are like this. Overall would stay again if couldn't find somewhere else but would look elsewhere first.
Great location- close to RPA and public transport. Beds are super comfy but rooms are dated and need upgrading. Standard buffet breakfast -nice coffee. Staff were lovely.
This is a nice hotel, not luxury though. The restaurant and bar close at 10 PM. The bed is soft which is good, and the shower works well (3rd floor). The interior is not totally fresh but ok. Service is friendly. It's quiet.
Great location. We stayed here when attending shows at the Manning Bar. The entry is very tight at the driveway. Don't bring a big car if you plan to park in their parking garage, it's very tight and the spots are tiny. Rooms are tidy and good value, generally clean. Staff are helpful but absent at night.
Went to the restaurant while most of the meals were lively one meal had to go back as it was very dry and I was told that the meat had been pre cooked so I chose something else of the menu. The room was clean and the bed comfortable the TV was an issue we could not watch any of the Foxtel or anything other than the free to air. An error message kept coming up even though we had gone on as a guest. When I tried to phone the reception it rang out.
