overall very good hotel, great location, very competent and helpful staff. Only downside is the pool, its not easy getting to it - there is no toilet/change room. at pool/ no bar service/ hotel has sign out front saying $10 Peroni with a picture infering pool has bar, it doesnt/ we have stayed here few times never seen anyone use pool its too uninviting. sad 😒

Can’t get any assistance, been waiting for someone to attend the front desk. My key doesn’t let me access my floor in the lift. How long is soon…? I’d like to be able to sleep in the room I paid for, not the lobby.

I booked this hotel through a third-party booking agent, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. There was a mix-up with my reservation, and the hotel refused to compromise or help in any way. I tried contacting them multiple times to resolve the issue, but they ignored most of my messages. I can't comment on the actual hotel because I never got the chance to stay there, but based on their horrendous customer service, I wouldn’t want to. They clearly don’t care about their customers or their reputation. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else – I certainly will!

Paid Parking is horrible. Don’t seem to have enough parking for customers. The parking lots are small & so hard to park. Room - dusty. Didn’t have room makeups & rubbish bin didn’t empty & didn’t have fresh towers. Called the reception number of times, but no one picked up. And the room make up signs are so confusing

It’s an average hotel with swimming pool, rooms are clean and spacious and my bed was pretty comfy. The highlight for me was the staff, really helpful with many things starting from refilling our water bottles, to reheating our food and getting our Amazon parcels in. However in 2024 it is totally unacceptable to have a WiFi connection as bad as this one. Not only the speed is shamefully slow but the connection keeps cutting off, making it impossible to even check emails and download attachments. I will have to urge anyone who needs a WiFi connection when travelling to stay away from here.
