Our room was a nice size with comfortable beds. The faults were: No motel guide for the restaurant, tv usage etc, room service. Only 1 bedside light in the room. Lamp on the desk did not work. The kettle did not work. When checking out in the morning at 6am the receptionist did not know how to process the payment or how to operate the computer. A taxi had been rang by the receptionist. It arrived and had to wait while the receptionist figured out what he was doing. This cost us an extra $15 in taxi fare.

Over night stay- rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Beds are really comfortable. We ordered dinner in and was great but breakfast was quite expensive for what was on offer. Its location is quite central and convenient, staff is lovely. I thought it would be noisier consider its location but surprisingly not.

As a guest staying during a very difficult time. Reception area floor was a mess with rubbish, unwiped table surfaces, both lounge chairs legs were broken along with minimal motel information provided upon greeting. Room was sufficient size, comfortable bed, however most surfaces had not been cleaned, bathroom wall tiles had multiple patches of unwiped grime/beauty products visible. Below the vanity/floor had longterm hair and dust. Toilet had not been cleaned properly! Stained pillow cases. TV remote was not functioning, not able to be used/fixed until 2 days later. Room change occurred, new room also had unwiped liquids on bedside tables, remainder of the room was tidy. Constant issues with access card/lift use, no motel information guide in room, no menus, no local tourism information. Restaurant wasnt open for lunch and dinner . I am very disappointed in the condition of this property considering it is highly associated/close to RPA hospital!

I stayed here two months ago and I just wanted to thank the staff for being so accommodating and helpful. We had a room booked for us to be with my dad in the hospital and had booked a room with two beds ready for when we thought my dad would come out of the hospital nearby. But unfortunately that was not the case and we ended up losing him. The staff checking us in were so beautiful, kind and so professional we were always greeted with a smile. The rooms were really nice. The beds were super comfortable and for such awful circumstances I just wanted to the staff for being awesome, including the cleaning staff.

Stated a twenty five dollar room credit, asked for a 17 dollar cheese platter that never arrived after we returned from a event. The one we pre ordered on arrival was delicious, which is why we ordered another. No dinning or bar on a Saturday night. No menu available in room for service. Bus nice and close for access to city or Newtown. Consierge was friendly and welcoming.Overpriced.
