Accommodation booked for the Greek festival, travelling by train from country Vic we were very happy with close proximity to public transport and even more pleased to find festival right at front door. Reception staff very welcoming and the rooms very clean, quiet and comfortable. Full buffet breakfast was a hit. King deluxe room.
Took one star out because the fire alarm tripped twice in two days. Anyway... The room was decent and clean, although there was no hand shower. The floor was a bit uneven, but they covered it up with a thick carpet. Breakfast was simple, but still acceptable. The mattress was also decent. Internet was fast and responsive (low ping) enough. There were usb charging ports in several locations, which made charging a lot more convenient. Too bad they don't support fast charging. I also loved how they put a master switch to turn most often the lights off. All and all, no significant problem. Good job!
Stayed here for a couple of nights on a recent trip to Melbourne. The rooms are quite nice and good value for money. Although one of our windows did not close properly and as such it was a bit loud in the room with passing traffic and general city noise. I would still stay here again as it was central to what we had planned for our trip. The reception staff were polite and easy to deal with.
I had a wonderful experience staying here! The staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The room was modern, cozy, and cleaned to perfection every day. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast options. The hotel’s location made exploring the city very convenient. I also loved the relaxing pool area and the comfortable lounge. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort and class!
My husband and I arrived at the hotel on 3/4/26 for a 4 night stay. Because of the war we could not return home to Israel and were "stuck" in Melbourne for an extra 18 days. The hotel is comfortable, clean, idealy situated and perfect for a city holiday. The staff are polite, helpfull and welcoming. I would especially like to thank the the reception staff. They were sympathetic and understood the situation we were in and did everything to help us including reducing the price every time we had to lengthen our stay and book additional nights. A stressful time was made easier by their helpfulness and understanding. Thank you
