My partner and I booked in for the bottomless gnocchi night and were extremely disappointed!! To begin with we ordered and paid for two gnocchis. We wanted 45 minutes to then be served one bowl and one plate of garlic bread, no mention of the second bowl. We then went to the bar to order the next round and again was served one bowl. We asked where the next bowl was told they would go and check. Thirty minutes passed and still no other bowl. We asked another server, who was pretty much the only one running food for the entire rooftop area. We waited another 20 minutes to finally get two bowls, with very small portions and no garlic bread. We ordered six plates in the time we were there and was served 4 with one plate of garlic bread. To make matters worse there were TWO MOUSE running around the dining area. If that is how dirty the dining area is I hate to think what the kitchen would be like… we wanted to ask for a refund but when we’re leaving there were no staff around to speak to. Very dissatisfied with both the service, cleanliness and atmosphere. Wasted forty minutes travelling from our hotel.

they might have one of the best customer service in melbourne as a whole group we ordered a lot of food including pizzas and i also ordered a meatball sub. unfortunately, the day that we went, they didn’t have meatballs so they happily changed it to chicken. but, some of us had a lot of dietary requirements and they were so accommodating and offered us free drinks since for some of there requirements, it couldn’t be done. for example with the pizza, it was made accidentally with gluten even though we asked for no gluten. instead of taking it away, they still gave us the pizza for those without a gluten allergy to eat for free. that was so nice of them!! i had the meatball sub which became a chicken schnitzel sub (i was happy with that). the chicken schnitzel was soooo crispy and seasoned well with salt and chilli. the sub also had so much sauce and lettuce which i really liked! - $22, 9/10 😋 overall, would love to come back not only for their service, but their really good food !

Went to the Thursday 'bottomless gnocchi' night with my girlfriend. Really beautiful rooftop space accompanies by a nice vibe with a lot of people out. I will just start by saying the bar staff were as helpful as they could be and this 'bottomless gnocchi' event may need to be modified to prevent the issues that happened below: 1. We ordered our first plate of gnocchi at 7:30pm, we waited until 8:15pm and kindly asked the bar staff if our food was coming soon. "Anytime now" is what we were told. Eventually we decided to get a refund at 9:00pm after being told multiple times it was "coming up right now" and this did not eventuate. 2. All other tables around us were waiting as well and some tables were offered free meals and sides while we and other tables were never offered this. 3. There were only a few staff at the rooftop at a time where there were over 50 guests eating and drinking. I had felt bad that all of the pressure from the guests were pushed on these people. Extremely disappointed to have booked well ahead, travelled in to what should have been a flow of food as promised, wait 1.5 hours for nothing without explanation, all to go to Hecho en Mexico down the road and be served in 5 minutes. As a customer, I would have had a lot more appreciation if the manager would have come out and be forthcoming about the kitchen situation so that we (and all other tables) could have gone about our lives. Honestly I would have been happy to pay $40 rather than $30 if it guaranteed faster service as the location is great.

Such a cool rooftop with an amazing vibe! The food is absolutely delicious. It’s the perfect spot to spend a relaxed day with friends. Highly recommended!
