I stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. Despite the hotel's proximity to the train station, the soundproofing was good. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to assist with any requests or queries. Their attentive service added to the comfort of the stay.

i have never stayed in a hotel before this one. and it has set my expectations high for hotels. i got a sweet discount on booking.com, so i ended up paying $300 for two nights. everything was up to date and clean! felt very modern, and the aircon worked wonders! only thing i would complain about is that is wish there was more bench space where the kettle is. i almost spilt boiling water on myself, but that could just be me being clumsy. unfortunately did not try the rooftop bar or the pool, but i will 100% be coming back! the bed was huge and comfy. i am usually not a fan of a full wall of window, but it made this place feel very luxurious.

Vibe Hotel exceeded my expectations! From the chic decor to the exceptional service, everything about my stay was fantastic. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini-bar. I particularly loved the large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offered a great view of the city. I was impressed by the variety of options available for breakfast. The rooftop bar was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to unwind with a drink while enjoying the sunset. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. I had a wonderful time exploring the area and felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend Vibe Hotel to anyone looking for a trendy and enjoyable place to stay. I really appreciated the prompt response when I complained about the noise in my room and requested a transfer. Not only did I get a free upgrade but I also got a free bottle of wine. I used nearly all of the amenities there as our company had a conference so we used the conference room, the restaurant, as well as booked out the rooftop bar and I also used the pool - everything was first class. The staff were fantastic and I love how it is right in the heart of the city, making it easy to go exploring the sights.

Great location, and the rooms were soundproofed. The mattress was comfortable. The rooftop bar was very disappointing as you needed to pre-book, and weren't informed before arrival. The service received was not attention to detail, as weren't offered a room upgrade when the room was clearly damaged in parts. The buffet breakfast was good, would return and great hospitality from restaurant staff. Also a heads up, keep your door unlocked as we didn't even receive daily housekeeping like informed on their advertisement, as no master key the housekeeper could have cleaned our room, no new towels left only when asked. The coffee machine was faulty too.
