Stayed here for one night as part of a work trip. Rooms were comfortable and clean, staff super friendly and helpful. Room itself was modern and clean. The bed was really comfortable, bathroom and amenities also modern. My room had an outside balcony which was really welcome and useful for a couple of glasses of wine that evening with colleagues. I think the only feedback from me is that we ordered two bottles of sparkling wine and they didn’t get delivered with an ice bucket. Not the end of the world, just a small thing I thought was odd. Anyways, would more than happily stay here again!!!
Fantastic location for events at river, sporting venues and Marvel Stadium. Close to tram, including route 35 which is the old tram. Marvel and river walking distance. The service was very professional and friendly. We had a slight issue in our room and it was sorted swiftly and received complimentary breakfast as apology. The breakfast is really good and the variety suits all needs and preferences. We’ll be back when we attend another sporting or Marvel Stadium event.
A month late review. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly, making us feel at home. The room was large and new, suitable for family travel. It was raining when we checked out, and the Indian staff helped us move our luggage into the trunk. Thank you very much!
Staffs are friendly and service is great. We reached the hotel super early and the front desk assisted us to get a room to check in at 11am. While we were out before check in, the front desk also helped to keep our luggages. It’s not in the center of the city, nearest tram station is about 7 mins walking distance. Breakfast spread is not great. You can get more food selection at the Queen Victoria Market which is around 5 minutes walk.
Great location handy to Victoria Markets, Southern Cross Station and a short walk to the CBD or Docklands. Nice little well maintained gym. Disappointed that the bistro was closed Sunday night. It had some amazing looking desserts that we wanted to try. As it's in a quiet part of town we had no other options to turn to when we found it was closed-- the bistro really should be open for guests. It's a proper hotel, after all.
