We booked the hotel based on the affordability and location. We were pleasantly surprised by the genuine friendliness of all staff from the moment we checked in until departure. The restaurant service was friendly, efficient and the food and drinks served were excellent. Our room was well appointed and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome place to stay. Beds were comfy. The bar n restaurant was good. Staff were super friendly. Especially Rachel she was extremely amazing. Rachel was very welcoming & accommodating. Could have a good laugh with her and felt like you had known her for ages. It's sad to say but you just don't get customer service like that much these days. We definitely need more people like her in this industry 😊.

The person staying was mobility limited (wheelchair) some issues were the shampoo and conditioner were bolted pumps and hard to use. The room service person said to put empty tray outside, you can't push a wheelchair and open a heavy door whilst carrying a heavy tray. The hotel staff were very accommodating, the food very good and the room was clean and fresh, with a city and river view.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was good as most hotel restaurants. Room was good as well. Location was great, could walk anyplace downtown we wanted to go. I would go back without hesitation.

Rooms and the facility were nice and clean if a bit compact. Very comfortable and modern. I thought it was good value. A bit surprised that they didn't have hair conditioner available which seems fairly basic.
