Stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip. Very nice, new hotel in the developing hospital precinct. Rooms very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly and welcoming. If you can get the limited on-street parking overnight, this is much cheaper than the parking complex. My only complain was that there is a $10 "delivery" fee to have in-room dining brought up the lift from the restaurant, which is unreasonable. You can save this fee by collecting your meal from the front desk, but when ordering through the app, there was no way to charge to my room.

Tourists need to be aware this hotel is located in the suburbs, with a rail and bus service after a 500m walk. Courtyard is within a hospital complex area. The rooms are acceptable. As many mentioned in other reviews, the parking is a rip off. There's no guest parking at all. The huge hourly fees charged plus the method used to calculate the fee is just terrible. Breakfast was included, eggs, toast etc but not including coffee or tea. That's extra! Continental breakfast is charged at $25. So would we stay there again? NO.

I recently needed to stay somewhere close to Fiona Stanley hospital at short notice , as my husband was very unwell & we are not from Perth! I was lucky to find the Courtyard by Marriott & secured a booking easily over the phone & could not have been happier to find the hotel had 24 hour check in, beautiful room with comfortable beds & luxurious bathrooms & room! I had to keep extending my stay as needed, & the staff were amazing to accommodate this & made certain I could stay in the same room & nothing was too much trouble! I was there for three weeks, & in a hard situation with my husband being so unwell & away from home & family & friends! I was very upset many times & all the staff were so kind & caring & concerned! They were ready & willing to help in every way they could & went over & above to make sure I was ok & comfortable, & they became my family away from home! I will always remember the support & care I received & the beautiful room that was my home for 3 weeks! I will stay there again in a heartbeat!

Stayed here for 3 nights, it was my birthday the 2nd night and we asked to pay for an upgrade, it was no problem and the staff we're very lovely. The room was fantastic the breakfast at Substance was on point and we loved staying here. Thanks for the great hospitality in particular Ocean and the front desk crew.
