I’ve never felt the need to write a review on Google Maps before, but I want to share the worst accommodation experience my family and I have ever had. 1. Our luggage went missing before check-in We arrived at the hotel at noon on September 22, 2024, and left two bags containing food and souvenirs, as well as two suitcases, with the hotel before check-in. Later that day, we went on a Pinnacles tour and returned to the hotel in the evening to check in. The staff informed us that our luggage had already been placed in our room. However, when we entered the room, none of the bags were there. We went back to the reception and asked about our luggage, at which point the staff seemed puzzled and led me to the storage area. There, we found the two suitcases just sitting there, but the two bags containing food and souvenirs were missing. When we asked about them, we were told to check the room’s refrigerator. Upon checking, the bags were not there. After reporting this to the staff, they said they would investigate, but as of now, the bags are still missing. To add to the frustration, the room phone wasn’t charged, so I had to physically walk back and forth between the room and reception multiple times during this ordeal. 2. Only tap water is available There is no complimentary spring water. We were told to drink tap water. 3. The keycard stopped working Within just 30 minutes of checking in, our room’s keycard stopped working in the elevator. And all of this for nearly AUD 600 per night?! It’s a nightmare. It’s even more expensive than The Westin! This is the worst hotel ever.

It would've been a better stay if the concierge was a little more welcoming and helpful. Rooms were nice, location is perfect too , just a pity about the peeps at the front making you feel like you're not worth their time.

I want to express my disappointment with the hotel. When I booked my room, there were no options available for selecting a balcony or non-balcony room. Afterward, I was asked to pay extra for a balcony room, even though I had made my booking a few days prior. I was told that because I requested a different room, I would not be able to use my welcome voucher. Additionally, I was disheartened to overhear two staff members gossiping, which I found to be extremely rude. To add to my dismay, after checking in I found a cockroach in my room. Although the hotel initially said they would send someone to thoroughly clean the room, when I returned in the afternoon the room was only partially cleaned. The bed wasn't made, there was no vacuuming done, and the housekeeping staff had only left some toiletries. When I returned later, I was greeted by death cockroaches.I spoke to three different hotel managers about this issue, but it was left unaddressed. I was offered a new room for the next day after three night , which was the day of check-out. My overall experience with this hotel was undeniably awful.

Very unwelcoming and un-accommodating front of house. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child. Upon check-in we were told the single bed would be bought straight to our room, this was not the case. We had to request 3 more times between 3.30pm-6pm for her bed to be delivered. Then we only were given 2 bath towels for a 3 person booking. The heated pool was freezing cold and not swimmable. This was a winter getaway for our family so we were pretty disappointed in this. The bed was also very firm and uncomfortable. Sad to say that spending over $400 to stay here we weren't happy at all and will not be recommending this accommodation nor will we return. Huge thumbs down guys.

- staff were nice - Room was small and not worth $500 for two nights - Shower was hot one minute then cold the next - nice gym and pool - Parking was a nightmare, virtually no parking spaces, 1 car only, had to get staff to show me where to park because there was none where there should have been, parking available on the street unsecured, $30 parking a night. - Toilet issues: not flushing correctly - Fuse box issues - I liked how it had a microwave, sink, dishwasher and a stove - You can open a window in the room, not a lot but it’s still nice. - Small bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner Good and bad things about it.
