Stayed over the weekend. The hotel is nice overall, but I had a couple of issues. The toilet cistern was malfunctioning, continuously running all night, and there was no maintenance available to fix it. Also, the shampoo wasn’t refilled at all. Hope these things get addressed for a better guest experience.

Popped in to have a preflight discussion with some old friends. The bartending staff were professional and courteous. The environment was relaxed and spacious. We had room to talk privately without someone overhearing the latest family gossip; always a bonus. Food was promptly served and above average. The premix refused to co-operate so the bartender went out of his way to ensure we had a contingency; really appreciated this touch. Overall, a pleasant experience and a credit to the staff at the time.

Looks new and modern, but look closer and you may find bathroom doors that don't close or lock properly or power points with broken or missing covers. Service is friendly though slow at times. It is also pretty isolated if you don't have transport into town. Would help if there was a bicycle hire on-site. Overall, fine for an overnight stay for a quick business trip or before flying out from Canberra, but not a destination hotel.

Our room was next to the gym and could feel the vibration of the machines and dumbbells from our room. Also no one came for room service before our second night. Lobby is really cool though and very close to airport and 10 mins drive to Canberra CBD

Room dirty on arrival. Shower drain overflowing. Room not made up at end of day. Simple breakfast order not able to be prepared correctly. Clearly doesn't care about guests.
