Loved staying at this hotel! You are guaranteed a view which ever room or level you stay on. Level 6 only has the balcony's. Gorgeous views of the mountains in the distance. Can't hear planes taking off. Staff very helpful and parking is a breeze.

The vibe of the hotel was decent, but the service left much to be desired. Basic amenities like making the bed or providing fresh towels were not done unless specifically requested, which is disappointing for a hotel stay. It felt more like a self-service experience than what you’d expect from a proper hotel

Great staff and friendly hotel. Rooms could use a bit more of cleaning especially the air vents and bathroom glass. But rooms blew cold with aircon that saved me at 40 degree day. And sheets felts amazing.

It was indeed an exceptional stay at this lovely hotel. The location is perfect. It is very clean and tidy and most importantly the service is highly commendable. From check in to check out I couldn’t be any happier how Receptionist Jen assisted and catered all our needs going beyond what is expected. She is such an asset and definitely a gem of the hotel. I will definitely come back in this hotel and will recommend to my friends. More powers!

Excellent service! Vibe staff was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. This includes at least 4 different staff members at the reception desk, 3 different staff members at the bar and 1 cleaning staff. All of them were great, even at an ungodly hour of 4:30 am when I had to check out. Thank you all very much! My only suggestion is to expand the choice of food just a little bit. I could see on the electronic menu scanned from TV in my room that there was a bigger menu which offered more choices. Unfortunately the printed menu at the actual bar no longer offered all these choice. Nonetheless, the serving staff was great and food was delicious!
