We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. We had travelled international and needed a night to rest before our final domestic flight home. Close to the airport, room was clean and tidy. Reception staff were very helpful and we got in early and had a late checkout. Breakfast was adequate, and the waiting lounge is well equipped with charging ports. We ordered uber eats for dinner or we could order through the app on the tables in the lounge area. Will definitely use this hotel again for any future overnight travels.

Have stayed here a few times independently & often with my partner. I speak internationally on customer service & teamwork. The property & staff here are outstanding in both those areas. Love the pillow selection. Special shout out to Joey who has a sixth sense for making any stay feel like you are "coming home" IHG well trained & staff selected

I stay here often when I come to Sydney for work. The rooms are great size, I love the big windows! Excellent showers and the staff are very friendly. Whilst simple, the buffet breakfast is adequate. Will definitely continue to stay here on work trips

From Brisbane visiting Family - Location Fantastic..Rooms were tidy/clean everyday our room was cleaned and replaced clean towels etc..Breakfast Buffet was good nice selection Staff Waitress Maria was outstanding always greeted us with her beautiful friendly energy…well recommend the hotel & staff. Park & Fly - Poor service tried to organise our parking for four nights he wanted my credit card details over the phone I asked if he could send me some kind of proof that he was legit he got angry etc..I said don't worry we park else where.

I am a regular guest of the Holiday Inn Express. It is a fabulous place to stay when I am commuting for work - convenient for the airport, lovely, comfortable, super clean and modern rooms. I love the complimentary breakky, and Joey the other staff are always welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend! ❤️
