Appalling unsympathetic and rude behaviour by staff. Arrived early and my room was not available which was fine. Asked if there was anywhere we could sit and was informed we should leave and come back later. Ended up sitting Downstairs with the Valet. Regardless of the fact there was supposed to be a 'great room' which offers a place for all day dining. When asked if there was any food to be purchased I was told this was unavailable until 5pm. We were also not offered access to the great room while we waited. We waited for about 4 hours Other guests kept telling us they had been able to check in early and that we should ask again. Each time we asked the receptionist seemed impatient and I only saw her actually check on her computer once in the many times we asked. We ended up cancelling our booking and went somewhere else. The experience was night and day. The new hotel our room also wasn't ready however they took us to a lounge we could sit in. Stored our luggage and took my phone number so they could call us when the room was ready. These are things that I would have expected the holiday inn to do as well given its rating. I am not sure how this hotel managed to get 4 stars but with its treatment of customers especially ones who have already paid I was appalled. I have stayed at many 4 star hotels and this was the worst. Also someone stole our prepaid taxi when trying to leave.

Wonderful, a great experience for the price. Includes breakfast is a small selection however it is filling to get the day started. Wonderful room no complaints from us much nicer then expected. Very friendly. Because I’m a member they were able to check us in early too! Thank goodness because we did almost 36 hours of traveling!!!! Thank you for taking our holiday and starting it off right!

Stayed a night there and absolutely loved this quaint quality hotel. Walking distance to Domestic Airport and a short drive or shuttle service too the international airport. Customer service was very professional and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed was firm and nice too sleep in. The buffet breakfast was very good,hot and cold food to select from. It was your basic staple foods and very sufficient. Thank you to the staff for their hospitality and service, always had smiles on there faces. Highly recommended.

Well, you won't be spending much time in these rooms. Little seating space and so small the bathroom door is also the shower door. Breakfast solid but not as good as American HIE. Walkable to the airport (a shocking idea for an American!) , but not trivially close to transit, so if you're not renting a car, you'll be walking a ways with your bags. Prices crushingly high for quality.

Date: 28 to 29 January 2025 Nights: 1 night We stayed at this hotel because the location is near to the airport. We were expecting to have the average level of services that you receive in all the IHG hotels around the world; however, we found out that this hotel offers very average services in general. Location:It is located 10 minutes from the airport. Services / Team: We expected to receive better services from the reception team, but unfortunately, this wasn’t the case. Check-in Process: Slow and very average; we spent 25 minutes waiting to check in. Rooms: Small and not too functional, but for one night, it's okay. Bed: Good Internet Connection: Very bad and with not good reception in the hotel. Views: Unfortunately, there are not nice views in this hotel as it's in the city. Cleanliness: Very good Breakfast: Very basic and also a bit disorganised. Highlights: We didn’t have any highlights to mention on this occasion. We recommend it as a one-night stay and no more than that. The restaurant is very slow and extremely expensive, plus the service is extremely slow, so it really takes around 30 minutes to get food or even to be served. Quality vs Price:The price is very high for the quality that this hotel offers in general. Others: They offer a laundry service that is really good and affordable. They also offered a shuttle service to the airport for 12 dollars per person. Rate: We will not stay at this hotel for a second time, but as we mentioned before, this is a one-night stay option.
