Stayed here for one night and our room was lovely (small), comfy king bed and perfectly close to the airport. The best were the guys working on the front desk. They were kind, smiley, relaxed and even when I lost my room card they calmly told me “that’s fine” then gave me a new one. Appreciated their honestly and Friendliness. Also an easy 12 min walk from Mascot train station.

They were kind, smiley, relaxed and handled the busy reception with ease. I love how they recommended uber over their Own shuttle and ways to do food cheaply. Appreciated their honestly and Friendliness. Also an easy 12 min walk from Mascot train station past huge array of restaurants . Definitely recommend .

We had a one night stay here after a cruise before a flight home the next day. What a gem of a place! Staff were friendly & helpful. Close to the airport, great free breakfast, clean, comfortable & very quiet rooms. The shower soap, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion provided were top notch compared to most hotels. Just perfect for what we needed. The shuttle bus to the airport if it's raining is a real bonus too.

Good size room and comfortable bed. Location convenient to domestic terminal by bus or on foot as is Mascot station to get into city. Minimal aircraft noise and the best blockout blinds I've seen in any hotel. Good selection at breakfast although can be very busy, Maria provided excellent and friendly service. I'd happily stay again next time I visit Sydney.

We had a one-night stay at Holiday Inn Express Sydney Airport and found it to be a comfortable and convenient choice before our flight. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, though we did encounter one staff member the next morning who seemed impatient and frustrated. She still provided the information we needed, but her attitude wasn’t as welcoming as the rest of the team. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice touch of both soft and firm pillows labeled for preference. The beds had toppers, making them extra comfortable—we had a really good rest before catching our flight. A great perk was the complimentary breakfast, which was quick and convenient before heading to the airport. If you’re leaving before breakfast hours, they also offer packed breakfasts—a thoughtful service. Additionally, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport, which is a great option for future guests. Overall, it was a solid stay for a short transit, with good amenities and a comfortable night’s sleep.
