Love this hotel! This is the first hotel that I have stayed in recent years that provides both soft and firm pillows (we are talking about more than 50 hotels that I can remember)! On top of that, the room has at least 6 USB charging ports: great for international travelers with family; we don't need our unpack our converter for one night stay. There are many other little things from 4 variety of tea (2 herbal, one green tea), the desk and closet space.. The complementary breakfast is decent with very fluffy scrambled eggs. great stay here.

Very comfortable hotel with a location within sight of the airport. Clean rooms with all facilities, including a good shower, kettle,and small fridge. A choice of firm/soft pillows, an accessible charged torch, blackout curtains and a good size TV, although limited to TV only. There was a Chromecast facility, however I couldn't get working. I enjoyed the superb full complimentary breakfast.

My family and I (two adults, one teen) stayed here for one night, to attend a family event nearby. I travel extensively for work, so I experience stays at a wide range of hotels across the country. This hotel is perfect for a short stay and I would highly recommend it for solo travellers, couples and families. The best features: - 15 minutes walk from the domestic terminal - Clean, modern and functional rooms - Option of soft or firm pillows on a comfy bed - Quiet rooms, despite location - 15 minutes walk from multiple eateries and small supermarkets - Great selection of food and drink options for breakfast - Easy check-in/check-out A special mention must go to Harry. We were warmly greeted by Harry at reception, who kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was very much appreciated. His customer service is 10/10, and he is an absolute asset to the hotel. We also came across other very friendly staff during our short stay, however Harry is an absolute star. 🌟

Close from the domestic airport, not the international airport ( from the hotel, there is a shuttle bus for $12 you need to book). When I arrived the cafe was almost closed and there were only chips and and finger food left to order and they forgot my order so waited for my chips for 25 mins( But I was not grumpy at all because staffs were very nice ). Nothing special in this cafe but this is just hub hotel to the flight so it’s ok. The room was good size for one, no bath tub but clean and the bathroom door has two way to use ( shower door and toilet door ) that was unique idea for the limited space :) The price for reasonable, too so I might use them again next time :) Thank you!

Very close to the airport (around 7 mins driving), new facilities, have all the essential amenities (hair dryer, iron board & iron, shampoo, body wash, etc). Breakfast is standard, not too many options but it’s okay. Customer service is a little not friendly. Overall, great place for short stay.
